The Blackbeard pirates have a lot of strong members and many subordinates but they are too reliant on Devil Fruits making them vulnerable to fights at sea with no land around as well as putting them at a disadvantage against a group of strong haki-user (such as the Red Hair pirates are said to be). And finally, while the Straw Hat Grand Fleet has a strong core crew as well as many strong allies, they are also very disorganized and very spread out. It would take very long for them all to converge. Personally, I really like that about Oda's writing. It's not just that there is one group that is perfect in every way but everyone has weaknesses a good strategist could exploit.

For the record Kid and Law never managed to really defeat Big Mom. They never knocked her out with their own strength. It took all their combined power to throw her off Onigashima and the Magma pit together with Kaido's bomb arsenal dropping on top of her did the rest.
I think that Vegapunk having his personality split is different than say Father and the sins from FMAB, what I understood is that he kinda extracted traits of his personality and wrote a code using that trait as a basis instead of completely removing that trait from his personality so in the end we have Stella who is exactly the same as he's always been plus all the satellites with wildly different personalities

For the record Kid and Law never managed to really defeat Big Mom. They never knocked her out with their own strength.
It took all their combined power to throw her off Onigashima and the Magma pit together with Kaido's bomb arsenal dropping on top of her did the rest.

I think that Vegapunk having his personality split is different than say Father and the sins from FMAB, what I understood is that he kinda extracted traits of his personality and wrote a code using that trait as a basis instead of completely removing that trait from his personality so in the end we have Stella who is exactly the same as he's always been plus all the satellites with wildly different personalities

Blackbeard's dark dark fruit is a mythical logia the same as luffy's, and he transforms into something with claws as his awakening. Probably still looks the same, but just like luffy's hair turning white, maybe BB's fingernails get longer

Well we have seen Kid crucifying people. The ones we saw weren't civilians and were pirates, but the pirates weren't doing anything to kid. They were just running away from the new world and kid attacked them for no reason and crucified them. That says enough to think the bad rumors about him are true. Plus kid also said that he attacked anyone that laughed at him for wanting the one piece. Just for laughing he's going and attacking people. Kid is not the same as Luffy.

I've seen a few theories online saying that the reason shanks One-Shot kid is because his Divine departure set off all the energy that kid had built up in his laser gun and the explosion was from that and that's why it one shot kid But I like to think that shanks is just that much stronger than kid that he was able to one shot him even though big mom couldn't one shot him
