Frankie Minghella Art Exhibition in Chester at 'Art at the Cross' on Watergate Street

I was delighted when asked if I would like to have an exhibition of my art at a fabulous gallery in Chester, Cheshire. The guys at 'Art at the Cross' on Watergate Street led me to the top floor exhibition space and said I had full control of how the exhibition should look.
