    Love celery juice in the mornings for detoxing and helping out the liver. Also- i try to keep the toxins minimal in my life!

    Such a great episode, thank you! Can you note the trace mineral brand you mentioned? You said it so fast and everything I type into Google is wrong. We have a Berkey water filter but I put city water into it so I think it's probably a good idea to add more minerals in regardless.

    I've been waiting for this video since hearing you on the TSC podcast! Is there a trusted Zinc + magnesium (glycinate form) brand that you recommend? I saw your magnesium episode, but want to stay away from pure encapsulations because of their affiliation with nestle.

    lions mane mushrooms by Host defense. its a company by paul stamens. He's basically the number one mushroom expert in the world. Makes other great mushroom supplements.

    Very sad to hear you say "be sure to ask your doctor" and keep perpetuating the myth that allopathic doctors know anything about good supplementation. Which 90% do not as they are trained in pharmacology, not nutrition. I believe you did this as a disclaimer to protect yourself, but still sad.
