Sir, im a 4th year student but i had already cleared my Gpat exam when i was in 3rd year , if this time im unable to crack Gpat exam thn can i take admission with the previous one 2023-2024 marksheet because in that marksheet there is written 3years validity.

No buddy....U should need to Qualify Gpat 2024..to get admission into Mpharm college.
Even all the Institutes like BHU...IIT Mtech... Central universities and especially NIPER'S will consider only the Gpat Qualification of 2024 only.
So basically the Gpat Qualification u r having is just for ur experience and boosting ur confidence level, other than that it's of no use Practically.

But in case you are preparing for the GRE or TOEFL for Abroad studies....then u can submit ur 2023 GPAT result in that portal❤
