Man how I already miss Suzuki being on track, Super happy Rin's is doing so well with Honda , hope he can stay consistent and have a really good year.

Rins rode the perfect strategy, instead of trying to pass Pecco he just stayed right behind him and applied pressure until Pecco cracked. very smart riding
I think that's not what happened. Rins was giving his 100 percent against pecco but ducati was way too fast for honda. It's pecco who made a mistake and gave away an easy win.
Rins defeated Rossi (Texas 2019) in a duel and won a splendid race against Marquez at Silverstone 2019 and finished by leading Suzuki to success at Valencia 2022. The boy is good but is often underestimated just because he wasn't world champion.

It’s not underestimation, it’s tooo many times watching him throw the bike down the road.
You can’t be champ if you DNF half the season.

Since he was at Ecstar Suzuki Racing Team, I like Alex Rins' riding style. Hopefully this season he can place himself for top 5 in the world rankings position.
I also like very much riding style. In fact, I think he deserves more the Repsol honda than Joan Mir. Cause a Worldchampionship with out any win doesn’t mean anything. Gas RINS
@@IvanBiker I agree with you. In my mind as well, Alex is more entitled & more deserving with the Honda manufacturing team. In addition, Mir after winning the overall position, he immediately did not performing as a defending Champion.

The attrition rate of this race was staggering. Only 13 riders finishing when points are given to the top 15.
The surface is really bad. Riders say they can feel the bitumen move underneath them in some spots.

@@pallaschiron It's something that needs to be addressed. He performs well in qualifying, only to then stumble coming out of the blocks on race day.He's so slow coming off the line compared to everyone else. It's as if he's riding a moped.

@@samblack5313 Tbh I have mixed opinions about Rins' triumph here in COTA. Why? Because of these reasons...
- Honda may finally had realized that they can't just rely on their ace rider after Rins got some solid results in the previous grands prix.
- On the flip side, this may be the only time that Rins will get such result due to how bad the Honda bike is (yes, Honda is generally to be agreed for being the worst bike even for some MotoGP analysts, pundits and journalists).
- Related to the above, it should be noted that Rins is a COTA specialist as he has a history of scoring great results in the said circuit.

It’s good that Honda might finally move on from a dangerous, over the hill rider who can’t win on a bike that isn’t 2 seconds clear of the field. They can’t buy speed anymore, they’re going to have to work for it.
A big issue for Honda to go with this point is, Marc can’t develop a bike. 2 years since the rule changes, and he can’t build a bike with Honda purely focussing on him, just says things like “this bike can never win”.
Danny built his 100m dollar title bike.
It took Rins 3 rounds to develop a satellite bike, with Marc’s hand-me-down parts, and win.
I’ve been saying this to you for nearly 3 seasons “there is nothing wrong with Honda” it is their insistence to only build a bike for a guy who can’t develop a bike, and can’t win unless his bike is phenomenal, and he starts from pole.
As for the remainder of the year, we will have to see, Rins is good at a lot of tracks, Mir is talented and will work it out.
Taka is just a seat warmer, and Marc has already decided the bike is terrible. I bet he will try to sleeze his way onto a Ducati that someone else developed for him.
Master level performance by Alex rins and Honda is untouchable in this circuit. Alex rins adapted well with the RCV⚡💜⚡💪😆

LOL Not only Rins was a surprise win for Honda he somehow made a mockery of the World Champion PB and makes me think if that man is a true champion or he just happenned to have ridden and be riding on the best machine. That said you just look at Quartararo. For so long without a doubt the flag bearer for definitely NOT the best Yamaha yet he was simply outgunned by the power of the Ducati.
When Pecco’s bike didn’t allow him to walk to a 5 second lead, I knew he would crash.

@@samblack5313 I was neutral about him until last year when he was whining that he was not a test rider. Moto3 and Moto2 are far more entertaining anyway, both the races and the personalities.
I just don’t like the Ducati team orders narrative, this isn’t F1 and I would never want it to be ANYTHING like that clown show.
And I don’t like hearing every second thing out of the commentators mouth to be about one rider.
MotoGP doesn’t need one rider winning everything and being hailed as the second coming. It needs a rivalry like Rainey/Schwantz. A true generational deep seeded rivalry between two (hard but fair) guys not afraid of showing that they don’t like each other, yet underlying respect.
