The normal version is even more armored than the armored one. The armored version has some weak spots, and when the doors fall off you can shoot through the hole. But the normal version doesn’t have weak spots, it doesn’t even have proper doors. The glass doesnt break and when the doors fall of they still can’t shoot trough them from the outside. And you can throw explosives from it
They haven't just copied the files from the armored kuruma, they made the car entirely bulletproof.. you can still get shot in the armored one, but you can't if you inside the "normal" one

As someone else said I think the armoured one is better at ramming, but not only is the regular 100% bulletproof at any range - will even deflect a minigun straight to the face of the driver - but I feel you also get a much wider range of firing from inside than you do out of the armoured one. The only real "problem" with it is that sometimes the windows just *vanish*.... like mine are tinted, and sometimes they go completely invisible (even though they're still bulletproof). It's basically magic now.

It doesn't. They keep track of at what price you bought something. If you bought something in a sale, you won't get 'full price refund' if you sell it later. Maybe with glitched cars this works differently, but if you're trying to sell a normally bought car, it works this way.
As someone who mods the game, and as you can guess, makes custom cars, I will say, I have rather amateur knowledge on this type of stuff, as typically *I* don't break it, but when it comes down to this, It isn't "copying collision files" for the Karuma. Each car, is obviously it's own model, which is a .yft model, with a texture file to it, a .ytd file, if you've ever modded the game, regarding vehicles that is, you'd know this part. Well each car has specially made collision hitbox for it, determining where it would be considered "hittable". Every car has it's own hierarchy of items within' it: The doors, hood, trunk, you name it, though most of it just generally attached to the "Chassis" of the vehicle, cause why not. The issue with the windows though, is most likely Rockstar fucked up the Vehicle.meta file within' the game files when making the Tuner's update somehow, and had turn up the "bullet resistance" value up to something that of the Armored Karuma, or possibly even higher. A unneeded knowledge splurge, but whatevs!

Is that the reason why in the night club selling mission sometimes NPCs spawn in cars I cant seem to damage? Like I have to wait for them to exit the car. Also them making the regular car so expensive is proof they will never change the armor of it. IF I decide to buy the car with increased price and others would too rockstar would receive a shitstorm for scamming us the moment they reduce the price or the armor.
i sold my regular kuruma on accident because i got a free akuma from the casino and i mixed up the names, and until i called up the akuma from the mechanic, i had no idea it was a bike i drew a blank in my mind, then the bike spawned in and i was so beyond upset i couldn’t put it into words rn, i haven’t bought another kuruma since, the price inflation just adds insult to injury.

Each car, is obviously it's own model, which is a .yft model, with a texture file to it, a .ytd file, if you've ever modded the game, regarding vehicles that is, you'd know this part.
Well each car has specially made collision hitbox for it, determining where it would be considered "hittable". Every car has it's own hierarchy of items within' it: The doors, hood, trunk, you name it, though most of it just generally attached to the "Chassis" of the vehicle, cause why not.
The issue with the windows though, is most likely Rockstar fucked up the Vehicle.meta file within' the game files when making the Tuner's update somehow, and had turn up the "bullet resistance" value up to something that of the Armored Karuma, or possibly even higher.
A unneeded knowledge splurge, but whatevs!
So instead of fixing the car to match the price...they fixed the price to match the car.. WTF Rockstar?

at this point i think the janitors from the early 2000's that were working for Rockstar now they became the devs
The unarmored Kuruma also has more liveries (even new ones since Tuners update).
This is like they are taking advantage of the bug that they unintentionally created

Is that the reason why in the night club selling mission sometimes NPCs spawn in cars I cant seem to damage? Like I have to wait for them to exit the car.
Also them making the regular car so expensive is proof they will never change the armor of it. IF I decide to buy the car with increased price and others would too rockstar would receive a shitstorm for scamming us the moment they reduce the price or the armor.

i sold my regular kuruma on accident because i got a free akuma from the casino and i mixed up the names, and until i called up the akuma from the mechanic, i had no idea it was a bike i drew a blank in my mind, then the bike spawned in and i was so beyond upset i couldn’t put it into words rn, i haven’t bought another kuruma since, the price inflation just adds insult to injury.
