How to Sew a bowling bag by Debbie Shore

This is a remake of the bowling bag I made a few years ago, apologies if you’ve seen it before! It’s a useful, stylish bag that is quite roomy, add another pocket to the back, or patch pockets to the inside if you wish.

Materials:
34” x 20” [86cm x 51cm] outer fabric
40” x 20” [102cm x 51cm] lining fabric
34” x 20” 86cm x 51cm] fusible fleece [H640]
75” of 1” 190cm x 2.5cm] wide webbing
22” [51cm] zip
39” of 0.75” [100cm x 1.75cm] wide binding
Cut:
2 pieces of outer and 2 of lining each measuring 14” x 11” [35cm x 28cm]
2 pieces of outer and two of lining each measuring 21” x 2.25” [51cm x 5.5cm]
2 pieces of outer and 2 of lining fabric each measuring 6” x 4.5” [15cm x 11cm]
1 piece of outer and 1 of lining for the base each measuring 14” x 4.5” [35cm x 11cm]
2 lining pieces for the pocket each measuring 6" x 4"
Fuse fleece to the wrong sides of the outer fabric pieces
