Great lesson. I've learned more with this video than any one of the other how to productions out there. My skill just went up a notch and maybe a bit more. Scott, please add more lessons soon.
Thanks brother I appreciate you explaining to me that my Eclipse will do 98% of my projects. I’m still gonna get me an Iwata CMC BS micro. But now I know that I truly need to get the true fill of my Eclipse. And learn it, and get it down good in know all the things that my Eclipse can do. Thank you so much brother!!!🎣🎣🎣
Doing these “in fire” on a dark surface using HOK, doin your style, Im trying to figure out what color to begin with, I would think startinf with yellow then tangerine gives me a mid base to start, then go back to molly for “shadowing” and back to chrome yellow for high lights and just work it. Where do u begin with doin your style? Thanks so much for all the help U given me so far, it has helped me and my art tremendously taking a huge step forward in the understanding of skulls. I have to “know/understand” everything thing I do instead of jus painting. It’s a catch 22 sometimes but to me more knowledge of what I’m painting, makes my art better. Thanks again! 1)Chrome yellow 2)candy tangerine Or 1)molly orange 2) candy tangerine
Hi Scott. Any tips on mixing a near white colour? I only have the three primary colours RYB and white and black how do I go about decreasing the intensity of the white?
@@ThinAirGraFxsorry I should have explained better. At 16:00 minutes in this tutorial you mentioned how you went from a mid tone to a mid dark, then you said you tweaked the white to a near white so it wasn’t so pure white. I was just wondering how you go to a near white colour if you only have pure white. I know how to make greys with the paint I have just not sure how to take the edge off the white so it’s not so bright which is what I assumed you were getting at. Can I add black or yellow to tone it down? Sorry if it’s a stupid question and I got it wrong I’m new to this.
Gotta favor to ask if ya lol, can u do a demo of each skull and their negative that comes with them? Like break down each skull and the diff effects each positive on the outside of the negatives? My favorite one is “say what” and id be extremely extremely greatful for u to do a demo usin that one! I know u have a company to run, and a lot more important stuff to do than a demo for a novice like myself. But it would be awesome! No hard feelings tho if ya don’t have the time.anyway great work!! I’ve posted a couple times on FB on ur pack o skullz and u replied(which is awesome for the creator of the templates to take the time to reply thanks!) and u sent me here.
I Working my way though then all now. This one has two that features negative to positive. I also just did a video on Createx Colors page using another.
ThinAirGraFx thanks a lot man forrreaaaaal! Do the skulls come in any diff sizes or it jus one size on them? But I really really do appreciate you taking the time to answer and for all the videos you have already done!
NICE WORK. I use my air brush mainly for custom work on bikes and helmets . Drop shadows. I never really got to this part of it. It seems like you just touching up and I feel sure it takes a lot of patience. But for the most part your not laying down a lot of paint just bits here and there. It’s not as easy as you make it look.
I have the stencil and being able to watch you fill in this exact same stencil helps me out a lot appreciate your video
I’m glad this helps 👍

Each has its own application process. 90 percent of my work is custom motorcycle paint and graphics. This is the art side or the process
