The banter between Isildur and Estrid is ALMOST as good as Disa and Durin. Also I love how badass Berek is. And Charlie is chewing tf out of the scenery
They had to kill that female character off screen because the actress was gonna be involved in some humanitarian thing so she couldn't be in the show anymore. It was totally her decision.
The white/red dress thing was not to have her wear a red dress, Pharazon wanted her to change her mind, had she said she wanted to wear the red one, he would have advocated for the white one. The reason he did that is because he wanted to know if he would be able to control the queen or if he needed to take the throne himself, and as she shown to be too strong willed for him to manipulate her, he knew what he needed to do. That's a common manipulator tactics, they will, for example, offer you a chewing gum at a time that it's obvious that you will refuse, and then, after you resist, they will insist... not because you have bad breath and they think you need a chewing gum, but because they want to see if you will resist, or break.
Also, I’m pretty sure they’re not made of the same fabric, and I’m sure she knows her wardrobe. So I don’t get why so many people think he could trick her like that. She could tell by feel, which is why he brought it up to her face.
35:13 no remember he didn’t influence anything on the elven rings Galadriel was talking to him as they were making them. Here he asked to touch the mithril.
Man, when Isiudur says "Nobody knows it was my fault, Theo must be thinking about how this all came about, plus his mother's death, because he got that sword key out of Waldreg's floorboards. Don't worry Isildur, you'll do two things. One of the best things, follow by one of the worst things in your future.
41:45 Might be a misdirect but the Harfoots have mentioned him looking for a 'gand' instead of a staff a couple of times. Can see the Stoors thinking he's an elf. 'Gand-elf'.... Getting warmer.
Bronwyns actress retired just before filiming so her death didnt surprise me much also am i the only one who got never ending story ptsd when the horse went into the dark forest
I knew she was taking a step away from acting but straight to a funeral felt awful 💔 Could they of not made her go missing or mistake her body for someone else for future seasons incase she could return to acting. It was nice to see a beautiful shot of her smiling tho. We wait for you
@@Martin-bf3by ya they could have but like I said she completely retired and has no plans on returning to acting so it's at least better then recasting her
People are hating the Orc society stuff, but I’m cool with it! I would love to see them bringing us from the “early orc” days to what we know in the LOTR where they’re just evil and like basically created
I love your reactions and love rop 🎉 but may I ask, isnt it better releasing the last ep in a shorter time and catching up with the newest ep? Because you miss the hype train after a longer delay and you getting less views for your reactions. Just a suggestion you dont have to but I think its smarter. Love your channel keep up the great work :) Cheers from Austria 👋
We originally wanted to do that but the editing took much longer than we anticipated. At this point it just makes sense to continue with one ep per week
@@grizzledwizard7129 yeah didnt think about that its a lot of work for sure and you do a lot of other stuff+ a second channel. Cant wait for the rest its a great journey with you :)
I personally didn't care for Bronwyn, so I'm not mad. I found the romance to be poorly done and just didn't feel connected to it. Theo also kind of annoys me, he comes across too modern in his angst.

0:41 "Nori and Poppi just got sucked off"
"NOOOO" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That stumped Harra (spelling??) as soon as he said it. I knew I liked her!
Phrasing Griz 😂😂
He never added his influence like that to the elf rings though. That was specifically something different he was able to do here.

Seeing your reaction always makes my day! Looking forward to the rest of the episodes with you both ❤

Damrod must truly be TUFF if he was able to killer the kind of stone giants seen in The Hobbit.

@@TheShadow8771yeh definitely I wouldn't of liked a recast. I loved the actress instantly as soon as she got on the mic at the S1 comic con
This season so far is exceptional, its feels even grander than Season 1. The casting is really making it for me too.
Númenor honestly doesn’t deserve Míriel 😛

Actress of Bronwyn took a pause from acting, reason she is killed off before season 2
❤👍
