Wow. I'm finally done. I used a little over 3 hours to watch the podcast. Obviously it's not something to rush. I had to write at different intervals... Now I must comment you and your team for a job well done. I've not in my entire adult life watch a podcast as deeply inspiring, educating, informative, and entertaining as this. God bless everybody that agreed to work together to deliver this. I'm proud of the production.

Hi @ATHLST crew, it's such an awesome job you guys are doing! Kudos to Emmanuel Babayaro and Matthew Edafe (I know one James Edafe - sports journalist with Rock City FM).
From this podcast I understand the show is Emmanuel Babayaro's and I had to read up on him because I never knew on the 1996 Dream Team. After seeing this podcast, I had to surf the internet to check up his profile and stumbled on an exclusive interview he granted The Punch Newspaper, where he revealed he never played in Europe.
If you ask me, I think it's necessary to have you interviewed on the podcast and tell us how you succeeded (financially, at least) even without playing football in Europe. I can see you are not inferior to any of these guys that have been interviewed on the show. WOULD YOU PLEASE BE KIND TO OBLIGE THIS REQUEST.
I also appreciate your contributions and stimulation from the background while allowing Matthew Edafe the freedom to anchor the podcast.
    Great job, guys. Great job!

What an episode. Not a bad Start to the Podcast. Every single minute was insightful. The fact you brought Oliseh on first is gonna polish the thought of most of his teammate, else we would have had alot of emotional views or reaction to others guest (Oliseh teammates). Kudos to you and the Crew this is so interesting.

Wow..I have always loved oliseh..the shenanigans/politics/craziness of Nigeria does not allow our best to shine. The system is so warped that the light dims while darkness shines..I enjoyed the podcast..so happy about the way the perceptions of him in the team even with Emmanuel was not always was it seems..that's a lesson to all..that we just believe stories or at best know our own truth..our side of the story which most often does not give a complete picture..the dosu-emmanual dynamics with oliseh being in the mix as the villain is an eye-opener. But overall am just sad...

@@ELEGBETETV chief it was very nice..thank you so much for bringing this to us. I hope the new generation of players will watch it too...can you imagine because of change..they abandoned a tested and trusted boot for something new...that's your number 1 work tool..your brain subconsciously know how much pressure, force you should apply on it...unlike something untested that would throw you off. Am happy too that he is very devoted to his family, the love he unashamedly expresses about them is a delight.. and he is able to spend wholesome time with them. I hope he would take on a coaching job in the near future..like the great job he did with fortuna sitard..I want to see a Nigerian coach in the top flights...ime udoka gave me some chills and I want more

Shooting this was such a surreal moment for everyone on set. Mr Oliseh was such a professional. A stickler for the rules and time. Highly principled lad. So it's understandable why a lot of people might have struggled to keep up with him. Elegbete was amazing managing the conversation and Mr Babayaro's decision to be that vulnerable was priceless. That's all you can ask for on a platform like this. I hope you've subscribed to the channel to get notified each time a new episode drops. More exciting interviews in the bag. Up next: John Fashanu.

Nigerian football is full of too many rumours and the sad thing now is too many egos but lower standards!
Any coach really has to be a good man manager today to handle this generation of players!
Always liked Oliseh and I'm happy to see him at peace with himself!
