Have you suffered with vertigo or dizziness in the past? Leave comments below with techniques that have worked for you to resolve this terrible sensation. *edit...for some reason I misspoke during this video and said this was the Croft maneuver. The correct name is the Foster maneuver.
Unfortunately, i had a b team chiropractor and he forceably herniated my c4 and c5 with a neck adjustment and it put me into the hospital right away i immediately became dizzy and was unable to get up from the table without falling over. I ended up with vestibular migranies from it and vertigo, and they both sux so i appreciate anything that can help the vertigo go away when i get it thank you.
That does present a challenge. You could attempt a similar maneuver from a seated position. You may want to have someone help you the first time to ensure any safety issues.
You may be able to perform this maneuver standing up and bending over at the waste. It is highly recommended that you have someone nearby to assist you to keep you from falling.
If both ears are affected then you can attempt the maneuver on both sides. However, if this makes the symptoms worse then it's probably time to get examined by your doctor.
@@Temirah1 Oh....My....Goodness. I seriously can not believe I said the wrong name. You are 100% correct, this is the Foster maneuver after Dr. Foster. I legit have no idea where Croft came from.

There's more than one way to be Dislocated and It appears they're mostly All Ignored. Welcome to the Herd. God Bless, C.
This technique is subpar. Semont or epley is better. Also there are 12 different types of BPPV this will not treat all of them. At least we aren't maniping necks to treat BPPV which doesn't work.
I’ve tried a few different techniques but when I finish, my eyelid on the affected side usually starts jumping involuntarily. This is NOT happening at the same time of the rapid eye movement. What do you think could be the cause. Also, I hope vertigo for no one. It is the worst ever 🫨🤢
Nerve irritation may cause the annoying eye twitching. Sometimes, this can be remedied with an adjustment. However, sometimes the problem can be more complicated. It's always a good idea to get checked out by your doc if you have any concerns.
don't listen to these guys unless u have some understanding of the trigger low D3 levels and other issues are at play. first and most necessary is the elimination of catastrophic conditions which might be driving this. MRI CAT need to be done If they are normal you need a trained vestibular PT therapist and they will guide u to place where in terms of your particular triggers which suggest cause can be understood For some a light switch recovery from a few easy movements like an epply for other a slower more progressive movement from the cannilith is necessary. You very much need to be involved with medically trained people in this what you are describing requires nt trying to deal at home. if u know your D3 blood levels and they are lower than 70 start supplementing as it strips excessive calcium from body but hang on it takes time Dr berg on youtube has two videos on subject watch both less than 6 minutes Medically very savvy and well in every other way this has been some ride and still not over. Progressively the angle of my back descending to table before symptoms set in was 55 now down to 15 degrees and if I hold on for fewer and fewer seconds it resolves.but i am being treated by very highly trained specialists who cannot believe this has happened to me with my overall medical profile and neither can I

I absolutely hate that you had a terrible experience. Hopefully your migraines diminish over time. Best of luck with your recovery!
Nice Video
Also does it help with menieres disease?
I'm not exactly sure this would help with Meniere's, however a cervical chiropractic adjustment may provide some relief.
Please show some exercises for head throbbing and migraine
Absolutely, I'll get one of those done...in the meantime, check out this video th-cam.com/video/Ia9CbRk2fgo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=A43KzxZ9Kfv0gF-J
What is the Croft maneuver? I have never heard of that. The foster maneuver is what your demonstrating but never heard of the Croft?
Yeah, as stated in a comment below I completely misspoke. It is the Foster maneuver.

How can you do that Foster maneuver if you can’t kneel anymore

What about people who can't get on their knees? What can you do then?

👍🏻Very beneficial! Excer's close to Praying Lord Allah. Thks lot & Regards. 🙏🏻🎩🌷
Always welcome
What to do if both ears tried this manoeuvre before and had to go to bed as felt so sick.

I know this as the Foster or Half Somersault Maneuver. Never heard it referred to as the Croft Maneuver…

Does sleeping pills cause vertigo?
they most certainly could cause drowsiness and dizziness. That wouldn't exactly be diagnosed as vertigo, but the sensations could be similar.

Is it possible to have vertigo with no dizziness but just nausea
Absolutely. The dizziness is just one possible symptom of vertigo.
