De bruyne isn't the type of player who holds the ball he he is the type of player who creates and give risky passes. There is a difference
Honestly, watching Man City playing under Pep is like playing FIFA. The players can find each other with their eyes closed and they create a lot of chances. If only this team had better defenders and a more solid attacker than Gabriel Jesus, who is very good, but he is nowhere near as good as Aguero was.

barcelona in 2015 were also a clearly better side
only in 2016 they were really strong and just unlucky not to get past atletico (muller's missed penalty in munich, alaba hitting the crossbar in spain etc.)
but overall he didn't achieve anything that makes you feel like "yes, guardiola's bayern munich was the best"
in recent history, only bayern coaches you think of that way are heynckes and flick

@@snooty9349 nice one... but i think defensively, playing with a back 3 against a 4-3-3 which real madrid will be using... is a bad idea... they have vinicious junior whos great at finding spaces and running into delivering dangerous crosses and the back 3 (while they are good at stopping central threats will be seriously vulnarable at wide regions and i dont think we have anything to back it up for now...

According to Pep what he said about the requirements of a midfielder of this modern game , must be someone who thinks more about what the team needs rather than what he needs ,who pick pockets of space , who does a lot of running going back defensively and also attack well and also can shoot . Well o well I see no one better than Fede Valverde at the moment.
Many other midfielders qualify for those requirements as well as Valverde does; but, yeah, I believe he's one of the best.
