Hi, I am super happy that you’ve found this helpful :) Answering your question: I do not have any experience with ClearML specifically but I see that they have different pricing plans, which means that most likely it will be free to start but once you will have to do something more complex or work with multiple people most likely you will have to pay for this anyway. My recommendation would be to stick to the bigger players (such as Google) for doing end-to-end ML as there is higher chance that they will keep improving their service over time (thorough documentation, new functions, etc.) - this assumes that you can and want to pay for this. If you would like to try something which is free and helps with doing ML I would suggest looking into MLflow which is open source platform for machine learning lifecycle, it will lack some certain features which make doing ML on Vertex AI rather fast (for example training with Auto ML models or deploying models to endpoints in minutes) but generally is really helpful especially when it comes to tracking your work and I feel this has the potential to become the go-to tool in the upcoming years like pandas or numpy.
