  • Captured here are various vehicles of the Oslo Fire and Rescue Department, responding to emergency calls from the main fire station (station No. 9) in the city center of the Norwegian capital. You will see Engine 91, Norway's busiest fire engine, Engine 92, as well as spare ladder 4.13, which was standing in for the regular ladder, which was out for repairs. Let me know in the comments what you think of these Norwegian fire trucks!

      Thank you! Awesome, that should be fun! Maybe the new main fire station will be completed at that point 🤔

    the BMW at 0:20 is one of their two EVOC cars.
    THe station will be shut down soon, the primary apparatus were moved to station 1 already.
    at 1:39 the ladder truck is a spare truck as the call sign indicates: it's from station 4 which doesn't exist in Oslo
    4:09 Engine 92 is actually an Interior Attack Engine, Hazmat & CBRNE Unit

    Nice sirens

    • @TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses
      @TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think most people don’t like the ‘toy siren’ type that Engine 91 uses. Personally I don’t mind it, but it does seem a bit out of place for a fire truck lol. The siren of the ladder truck is really cool though in my opinion.

    • @0ne-6right40
      @0ne-6right40 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      correct me if I’m wrong, but the toy siren is the same one used on london metpolice motorcycles

    • @TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses
      @TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@0ne-6right40 Yes it probably is. This siren is standard on almost all BMW police/ emergency services motorbikes that are sold worldwide. As far as I know it’s a German-made siren.

    • @TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses
      @TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@0ne-6right40 So I just confirmed that the siren is made by the German Hänsch GmbH. You’ll even find it on BMW police bikes in the US ➡️ th-cam.com/video/_v6JZWscBoQ/w-d-xo.html

      @EnjoyFirefighting ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses The old ladder truck still has one of the older wail/yelp sirens, just like the recovery truck; But at the point the Norwegian division of Rosenbauer, Egenes Brannteknikk AS, started to equip new apparatus not only with the German Hänsch lights but also with the Hänsch sirens, it was that high-pitched squeaky wail/yelp siren.
      On apparatus sold by egenes that's the modern standard ... well they have them for maybe a decade now

    • @EnjoyFirefighting
      @EnjoyFirefighting ปีที่แล้ว +1

      it used to be the largest station in the country, but in the past decade a few larger ones were built across the country. It sure is a busy station, covering both plain normal and special operations for the entire city area and providing mutual aid for surrounding municipalities as well

    nice clips you have from oslo. think also this station is history now. they have to build an new tempory and later they will build a new permanently main fire station. is that i have understand.
    think also i will go to norway in the future some time.
