Mindful Monk Sr 3, Ep 7: 'I will lie down in peace'

I look at the Hebrew day which says, 'and there was evening and there was morning' the first day. Night is part of their day and therefore sleep is an important consideration. We need to be careful how we go into the night as many things happens while we sleep. I end with a night prayer for Lent.

Br Simon. I have shared a link with you to earthing. Grounding. It is worth a watch. It has completely changed my life. I now sleep on an earthing sheet as does my son. He is 19 and had never had a night's sleep in his life. Since sleeping on his sheet he has full nights of sleep for the first time in 19 years. Blessings Emma
