Fun flosstube, ladies! I watched while I painstakingly learned to park on my first HAED. The jury is still out. I have a grand total of two threads parked. I ventured into Markup R-XP too. (Amy, it's your longtime PBS and stitching friend Susan.)
@@sbwgigstitcher hey lady!!! Thanks for watching!! I never did figure out Markup R-XP! I wound up buying a Samsung tablet just for Pattern Keeper. It’s like tracking for dummies, compared to MarkUp! But I’m still not a fan of parking - I’ve tried alll the methods, and none of ‘em make me happy! 😂
@@sprinklesteen_stitches61 I couldn't figure out PK! lol I jumped in head first to this year's HAED SAL and it soon became obvious that I needed one or the other or insanity would soon set in. I'm up to like 8 threads parked now. I feel accomplished. 🤪
@@sbwgigstitcher 😂 I guess it’s a given - we can all figure out one, but not the other! lol!!! I love the idea of the HAED SAL - I did it last year. But none of the patterns called to me! Even last year, I finished the first installment early. I figured that was proof to myself that I could do it, and never even looked at the other 3 parts! 😂 It’s too much work, when you’re not drawn to any of them! I DID like the pattern with all the drinks this year, though - those colors!!!
You guys came up in my Facebook feed the other day. It's taken me two evenings to watch you whole WIP parade, but I loved it! So nice to see some fellow Jersey Girls on here. Amy, I was supposed to visit your shop on 12/29, but my mom had some health issues and ended up in the E.R. that afternoon. I WILL get there! And Eda I played the grab bag game with you at Jim's holiday gathering. I was the one who donated the gingerbread pillow. 😊 Looking forward to seeing you both a Super Bowl!
Oh my gosh, I need to start Ashey's Roses. I bought my copy when it came out! And I still have the fabric for it too. I just never started it. I also need to finish Touching the Autumn Sky... I'm enjoying your WIP parade while I'm stitching at work!
P.S. Ladies, I want you to know you have enabled/inspired me. Amy, the moment I saw Elizabeth Cooper, I knew I had to have it! I have greyhounds which is the dog on the pattern. I found it online and ordered it immediately. And Eda, I have the chart for Dasher & Dancer from Hobby House. I had a similar reaction when I saw the model during someone's video tour of the Hobby House store last year. Now I am DYING to start it.
@@MariaHlad you and me, both!! I have it in my stash somewhere, so it may be time to dig it out!! I somehow didn’t realize just how big it is, though! 😱 And YAY for ordering Elizabeth Cooper!! I think I need to focus on that one, since it’s been neglected for so long now. Maybe you’ll be done before me!! lol!! How many greyhounds do you have?? They’re such sweet dogs! My hubby and I have a friend who’s always had rescue greyhounds, and they’re little loves! ❤️
I highly doubt I will have it done before you. I am slow. Between work , taking care of mom and the dogs. I am lucky to get 1-2 hours of stitching a night. I currently have 4 greyhounds. I have gone as high as 5. We always say, they are like potato chips...can't have just one.

Hi! The color of the sea in American Welcome is Colour and Cotton Hunter. (I know hunter sounds green, but theirs is blue). 8!of the called for are from Colour and Cotton. I ordered them from their website. Hope this helps!
