You don't need hand wipes if you have hand sanitizer, water can take off sand just fine. Why do you need a hairbrush? Why do you need a fan? I believe you use them to clip and secure your towel on a sunbed (around all 4 corners). This way neither your movements nor the wind can throw the towel away. Quite useful actually
