There are very tough people in the U.S . Men women and even very young children . I myself thought I was pretty tough having been in the Marines many years ago . But anyone who could watch MTG on a interview on 60 minutes is much tougher then I ever was .

As someone who believes in the GOP both on policy and principles, the last decade has been a nightmare. We did this to ourselves. We rightly wanted a more populist policy direction, but allowed the chief con man to open the door truly wacko and insane types like MTG. Senator Graham, before he jumped on the trump train in order to stay relevant, said it best: “if we elect him we’re going to get what’s coming to us and we will deserve it.”

I agree with your point about the source of the demise of our nation, it is a malaise fed by ignorance. I grew up in the 1970s when, as a young person, I loved to read about history and politics. Later, in the 1980s, there was a lot written about the coming demise of the USA, about how the might always fall given enough time. The popular thinking looked to external forces, foreign powers or the failure of capitalist democracy. Sadly, the reality is mundane. It seems stupidity and a lack of curiosity among the people who don’t understand what a privilege it is to be born in this country. This country will not be a better place to live if we continue upon the paths of division and anger.

Firstly, county state and city police are a forien entity and have no jurisdiction over private citizens. Theyre are a for profit entity separate from. The government. Exactly. MTG's name calling comes from her constant fight with reality. The names and things she accuses people of she herself says she can't prove but would like to think they are true. There is nothing wrong with calling someone a liar when they constantly lie. Her name calling has no basis in fact and is done to sway people's opinion of the accused. So, in that case she is also guilty of slander. The names she is called are the result of her own behavior and statements, but she will deny that she said things even when there is solid and recorded evidence that she did.

MTG got a PPP, basically she got millions of dollars for free. And Trump gave out the largest ever donation in world history to rich people, 1, 8 trillion dollar from the covid relief went directly to the top 1%.
