Christopher McDonald (Shooter) was outstanding in this. The finger guns thing he does is his own improvising as well. They never explain specifically why he's called Shooter in the script, so he added that.
I heard the CHOKE ON THAT BABY was also improv cuz he made a bet with some of the production team that’d be nail the putt in a certain number of tries 😂
I found it strange too but I think maybe it's the characters styles in the movie. Adam dresses a bit like a teenager and she looks like a buisness woman most of the time. Common in the 90s but I can see why he could think there's an age gap@@thekaizobro9971
When it comes to Sandler, there's usually a few people will cite as their favourites. 50 First Dates, Wedding Singer, Click, Happy Gilmore and Waterboy.
I'll never forget when this first came out in the late nineties. I was a late teenager and I bought the DVD and watched it almost everyday with my fiance at the time
Glad you enjoyed it so much. This movie isn't my favorite Adam Sandler film but it has a special nostalgic place in my heart because my dad and I loved watching it together when I was a kid. My dad always laughed his ass off at the Bob Barker tournament segment, especially the fight between them. Since we only watched it on TV some of the lines were changed to accommodate a PG rating and in that scene they changed "the price is wrong, bitch!" to "the price is wrong, Bobby" and I've always thought the edited line was funnier.
The tall man is Richard Kiel He's been in an Elvis Presley movie called roustabout as a strongman, a James Bond movie as a bad guy named Jaws, in the 70s version of the longest yard as Sampson, and as Mr. Larsen in Happy Gilmore
Love this movie. My column of sports comedy posters are the following: Happy Gilmore, Longest Yard, Necessary Roughness (check that one it is under appreciated), Waterboy & Baseketball (if you haven’t done that one definitely do it!).
growing up me and my dad watched this movie together so many times so this has to be my favourite Sandler movie because of the laughs and memories it has gave me. I'll cherish that forever ❤
This is indeed my favorite Sandler movie. I also have a soft spot for Big Daddy, but it's more so that the story itself is really nice and the kid is really fun.
Ive grown up watching all of Sandlers films and Happy Gilmore is definitely in my top 3 with 50 First Dates and The Wedding Singer! Ither good ones that i think you haven't watched are Mr Deeds and Just Go With It (i dont think he produced it but hes in it)
I recommend Little Nicky after this from the 00's for a reaction. Rumor has it Netflix is making the sequel. As for the one with Jack Nicholsan, that's "Anger Management," which is also worth a reaction.
That long ago, Subway didn’t toast their sandwiches yet. That came along a lot later. Also, if you look closely, the bread is cut “the old way”, the way Subway used to do it before they changed to a more traditional way of cutting sub sandwich bread. (“The old way” was the superior method for meatball subs.)
"Who IS this guy?!?!" He played the Bond villain with metal teeth, Jaws, in two films. He's just a beast of a guy who was nigh unkillable. Real name Richard Kiel. Is this my favorite Sandler film? It's definitely up there. This is where he kind of cemented his formula for feel good movies. That said, the best non-Sandler acting Sandler film stars the homeless caddy in this. Grandma's Boy. It's amazing.
So many good Adam Sandler movies to choose from. The Waterboy, Big Daddy, Little Nicky, Billy Madison, Mr. Deeds, 8 Crazy Nights he was the king of late 90's early 00's comedy.
that guy who randomly shouts "the gold jackets yours, shooters gonna choke!" is frank frazier, he won the superbowl with the redskins in 1987. also did a couple bit parts in movies like this.
I remember me and my whole side of my mom's were all over Limerick and Clare in Ireland one summer and I went to my cousin's house and we watched this and we couldn't stop laughing. This was the first Adam Sandler movie that I would never forget.
As a guy who grew up in Vancouver, Canada in the early 80s, I heard stories about Carl Weathers, who played for the British Columbia Lions of the Canadian Football League. Canadian Football is similar to American football, but the emphasis is a lot more on athleticism than just being big. The biggest guys are about 50-70 pounds lighter in our league than in the US. Weathers was a linebacker who weighed in at 220 pounds. Very athletic guy, obviously, since he passed for a boxer in Rocky. He also was in one of the most 80s action movies ever and a homage to 70s blaxploitation films, Action Jackson. Pretty funny action flick. But again, very 80s. Sharon Stone and Vanity, one of Prince's girls, play the ladies of the movie. It's a fun movie. I think he was in Predator with Arnold as well.
The Great Khali played the same position in Adam Sandler's remake of The Longest Yard that Richard Kiel (the big guy played) in the original. ...I think! I think they were both the fullback.
Fun fact: Ben Stiller played a role in the Hubies Halloween movie from 2022 or 2023 by Adam Sandler where he worked at a psychiatric fasility and his character was also named Hal L like in this movie
We had a driving range near where I grew up, and we used to sneak in at night and there was always someone who'd just left a rental club behind, so I'd practice doing the two step swing, and it fucking works. Several times I'd split the ball in two, but when the club connected I'd clear the entire driving range.
There's an extra scene of Sandler fighting Bob Barker that was left out, if i remember right. The original scene was Happy winning their first fight, and then he visits Bob in the hospital, and they fight again. If i got any of that wrong, someone will probably correct me.
My favourite Adam Sandler Movie is either 50 First Dates or Blended but I have seen every single Adam Sandler Movie & TV Epidofe of SNL he has starred in including “Airheads”
RIP, Carl Weathers, Bob Barker, Frances Bay, and Richard Kiel.
They made this one of the funniest sports comedy movies ever made.
Spy Who Loved Me & Moonraker
Also... The "mista mista lady" is 93 years old!
“Sports” lol it’s golf
@@dyldog Golf is a sport numbnuts
totally missed Carl Weathers died. Damn, what a legend he was
Christopher McDonald (Shooter) was outstanding in this. The finger guns thing he does is his own improvising as well. They never explain specifically why he's called Shooter in the script, so he added that.
I heard the CHOKE ON THAT BABY was also improv cuz he made a bet with some of the production team that’d be nail the putt in a certain number of tries 😂
One of my favorite Adam Sandler movies. Such a classic. ♥️
The 'big guy' is Richard Kiel, best known as Jaws in two James Bond movies. He was that big thanks to being born with gigantism.
This is Sandler's best movie, good storyline and memorable characters all with their own quotable funny lines.
Adam Sandler is actually only 3 years older than Julie Bowen. So it's a surprisingly small age gap as far as Hollywood goes
Why the hell does it even matter? They’re clearly both adults. It was bizarre how he kept fixating on it.
They are both playing mid-late 20s. She's probably playing a character with a masters degree.
I found it strange too but I think maybe it's the characters styles in the movie. Adam dresses a bit like a teenager and she looks like a buisness woman most of the time. Common in the 90s but I can see why he could think there's an age gap@@thekaizobro9971
Yea. He’s 30 and she’s 27 at the time.
Honestly I thought he was saying it the other way around@@DROWSpitOW
When it comes to Sandler, there's usually a few people will cite as their favourites. 50 First Dates, Wedding Singer, Click, Happy Gilmore and Waterboy.
Don’t forget Grown Ups
Big daddy
Billy Madison
Did you really forget about the zohan?
Didn't forget any of these. Can't list every banger now can I? lol
Hell yes. Hope Billy Madison is next!
6:34 hey don't judge us Floridians😂❤
This is the most nostalgic Adam Sandler film for me. My family loved it growing up. 50 first dates, big daddy, and Mr. Deeds are up there for me too
The Waterboy is the best Sandler film imo!
That’s some high quality H20
50 first dates is my favorite Adam Sandler movie. Always makes me cry
The big guy was played by Richard Kiel, who is famous for his role as Jaws in the James Bond movies, and he was 7'2"!
The Waterboy is my personal fave!
Waterboy is my favorite Adam Sandler movie. Great reaction!
I'll never forget when this first came out in the late nineties. I was a late teenager and I bought the DVD and watched it almost everyday with my fiance at the time

50 first dates, big daddy, the wedding singer, and spanglish are my top 4 adam sandler movies
Nothings more pure than a sebscreen laugh
The tall man is Richard Kiel
He's been in an Elvis Presley movie called roustabout as a strongman, a James Bond movie as a bad guy named Jaws, in the 70s version of the longest yard as Sampson, and as Mr. Larsen in Happy Gilmore
Love this movie.

In case you didn't know the tall bloke is Jaws the Bond villain
NO WAY THIS GONNA BE GOOD!
The "big guy" is Richard Kiel, who played the henchman "Jaws" in 2 James Bond films. RIP.
The fact that you can see he’s holding the fake hand 😂❤ R.I.P. ❤
Can't miss a seb upload.
Fun fact: Adam Sandler's film production studio is called Happy Madison. It combines the names of Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison.
Hey seb, you should watch Anastasia, its a really underrated animated film and I always used to watch it at my grandma's
Now THIS is a video to come home to after a good day of class! thanks for the awesome Upload, Seb!
I’m so happy he finally reacted to one of my top 5 favorite movies of all time.
growing up me and my dad watched this movie together so many times so this has to be my favourite Sandler movie because of the laughs and memories it has gave me. I'll cherish that forever ❤
This is indeed my favorite Sandler movie. I also have a soft spot for Big Daddy, but it's more so that the story itself is really nice and the kid is really fun.
OMG YESSSS IM SO HAPPY YOU FINALLY REACTED TO THISSSSSS
My childhood. I love this movie so much. Fond memories, great nostalgia
His boss Mr Larson is played by Richard Kiel who is 7,2 and played the protagonist Jaws in the original James Bond films🔥👍🏼
He hasn’t done Paddington yet! Love the happy Gilmore reaction

-Penguins of Madagascar
-Ice Age 3
-Nanny McPhee

Damn RIP Carl Weathers, thanks for Rocky, Predator, Mandalorian, Happy Gilmore, and many others
One of the GREATEST! Great job mang, this is exciting to watch this.
Ive grown up watching all of Sandlers films and Happy Gilmore is definitely in my top 3 with 50 First Dates and The Wedding Singer! Ither good ones that i think you haven't watched are Mr Deeds and Just Go With It (i dont think he produced it but hes in it)
You gotta watch Joe Dirt, Tommy Boy, and Black Sheep. Those are some greats
I recommend Little Nicky after this from the 00's for a reaction. Rumor has it Netflix is making the sequel.
As for the one with Jack Nicholsan, that's "Anger Management," which is also worth a reaction.
30:50 - The shirt saying "Guns don't kill people, I kill people" is so fucking funny to me. I need one of those immediately.
Honestly one of the best movies Adam Sandler is in!
Especially with the Subway product placement!
Love this one AND The Wedding Singer ❤🎉
"I'm a hockey player, but I'm playing golf today" always takes me out 🤣
This isnt just my favorite adam sandler movie but one of my favorite movies of all time.
“Happy, the ball itself has its own energy” 😂😂😂the entire conversation right there is hilarious to me 😂❤
Now I can finally rest now that he has watched my favourite movie
When the big guy was younger he was a James bond villain henchman Jaws. Big bad ass metal teeth
You all don’t understand how long I’ve been waiting for this 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
"Who IS this guy?!?!" He played the Bond villain with metal teeth, Jaws, in two films. He's just a beast of a guy who was nigh unkillable. Real name Richard Kiel. Is this my favorite Sandler film? This and Wedding Singer are my favorite Sandler films
"50 First Dates" my fav, and this 2#
Hey Seb, I know you enjoyed the TMNT movies, I think you would enjoy the animated ones from like 2007! Btw Chris Evans voices Casey 😭
that guy who randomly shouts "the gold jackets yours, shooters gonna choke!" is frank frazier, he won the superbowl with the redskins in 1987. also did a couple bit parts in movies like this.
Worst performance in a cameo role goes to….
30:15 The fact that he remembered the infamous beach ball incident with Liverpool, mad 😂😂
Also, please watch Little Nicky
Yes, everyone has a favorite Sandler movie. This happens to be mine 😃
I remember me and my whole side of my mom's were all over Limerick and Clare in Ireland one summer and I went to my cousin's house and we watched this and we couldn't stop laughing. This was the first Adam Sandler movie that I would never forget.
here we go, one of sandler's top 5 definitely
As a guy who grew up in Vancouver, Canada in the early 80s, I heard stories about Carl Weathers, who played for the British Columbia Lions of the Canadian Football League. Canadian Football is similar to American football, but the emphasis is a lot more on athleticism than just being big. The biggest guys are about 50-70 pounds lighter in our league than in the US. We got bigger balls, a longer field, and more men
The Great Khali played the same position in Adam Sandler's remake of The Longest Yard that Richard Kiel (the big guy played) in the original. ...I think! I think they were both the fullback.
This is my favorite Sandler film. The bestttt
My comfort movie ❤ i watch this after a couple of drinks. Its still amazing
Basically love all of Adam's movies. 50 first dates is great if you've never seen it. Especially if you like the Beach Boys
Fun fact: Ben Stiller played a role in the Hubies Halloween movie from 2022 or 2023 by Adam Sandler where he worked at a psychiatric fasility and his character was also named Hal L like in this movie
FINALLY!! Hands down his best movie!
I'd probably say The Wedding Singer is my favorite Sandler movie but there's a couple others that are close.
The big guy with the nail in his head plays the baddie with the metal teeth nicknamed Jaws in the old Roger Moore 007 movies... I think
Zohan is my favourite Sandler movie, with this in close second, but they're pretty close to being tied to be honest.
You are unlocking a whole new experience
Definitely either this or The Wedding Singer I would put as the top Adam Sandler movies (at least of his comedic ones!).
We had a driving range near where I grew up, and we used to sneak in at night and there was always someone who'd just left a rental club behind, so I'd practice doing the two step swing, and it fucking works. Several times I'd split the ball in two, but when the club connected I'd clear the entire driving range.

17:26 that’s jaws he kills people
I don't even like this movie, but I like your reactions, and I get a kick out of you laughing.
Such a classic movie.
You've taught me a new word: "doolally"
The fact you didn’t know Bob Barker 🥺
22:30 So I’m gonna date myself with this one…Subway didn’t always have toasters (that started in 2005) 😂
Anger Management with Sandler and Jack Nicholson is one of his best. Give it a watch !
My favourite Adam Sandler Movie is either 50 First Dates or Blended but I have seen every single Adam Sandler Movie & TV Epidofe of SNL he has starred in including “Airheads”
grown ups 1 is my fav adam sandler movie

Lmaooo christopher mcdonald is funny asf "i eat pieces of sh## like you for breakfast" 😂😂😂

Richard Kiel played Jaws in 2 james bond movies
5:44 Thanks for respecting a legend. Watch Rocky for him.
Was the guy that looked like the great khali play Jaws in James Bond?
This is one of the two movies that make up sandlers production company! Happy Madison! If you’ve not already! Check out billy madison!
IT
IS
GOLD!
This or Billy Madison would be my favorite Adam movie. 🙏 Always helps me relax watching it!
The "anger management" movie with De Niro might be *Meet the Fockers* with *Stiller* . 😀
1:13
Adam Sandler is actually one of the sweetest guys you'll ever meet. He's just good at acting mean and aggressive.
This is one of my favorites of Adam Sandler's. Simple, fun, wholesome.
Little Nicky is my all time fave Sandler film
Subway still with the best movie ad
That is not a crockodile, that is an alligator. As a Floridian I see these things every day. You get used to them
Don't worry, Chubbs is fine. He's a mambo instructor in Heaven now.
