He kept his TV and cook book earnings separate in another company from his restaurants except for a last gasp 20 million cash injection to try to save them. So hundreds as in plural was overstating it, but again he apparently still does have over 100 million in the bank.
A simple google search will tell you he's definitely not in debt.

Thousands of workers had jobs for over a decade and could make a living, that's not nothing. The investors lost 20 mio last year alone, Jamie threw in 13 mio of his own money to keep it running. That money is gone, and a lot of it went to the workers.

Gerald I went there as well in Portsmouth, I was crazy disappointed. They sell you bland olives for around 6£ which taste like nothing and the main I do better myself and it is overpriced In general, I didn’t know what’s special about the restaurant Exocet their prices not saying it was crazy expensive but just not worth it at all
