    You are looking beautiful 😻, After losing over 50kg /100lbs in 5 months I realized When it comes to weight-loss so many people want quick results so they easily give up. When you gained all that weight, it didn't happen over night . its the same when losing your weight. Never give up. Stick to your goal and Be Patient with yourself 🔥🔥🔥

    Im your recent follower...just a suggestion...when on ur weightloss journey take protein in each meal...1gm of protein/Kg of body weight is mandatory for the whole day

    SOUP
    Boil beetroot spinach Tomato garlic and ginger on low flame for 1 hour. Sieve the water then add lemon salt black pepper. ITS VERY VERY HEALTHY.

    Hi, u can try using rock/ sea salt alternatively in any one of ur meals. U can also add pinch of this salt to ur drinking water. Good luck

      Personally I really liked them and I'm surely going to make it a part of my routine diet. You must try it at least once. They didn't taste significantly different. Have them while they are fresh and hot. ❤

      It’s a different for everybody . There are many other intermittent fasting plans you could try those or simply start eating healthy and avoid too much sugar or maida.

    Hey Divya! You can add some grated paneer and carom seeds to the beetroot chapati. It tastes good and is healthier as well.

    I have a doubt if I am keeping my time from 12 to 8 then can I have breakfast at 10?

      16 hours you can't have anything. If you want to have breakfast at 10 then your last meal or dinner should be at 6pm. :) and from 6pm to 10A.M you can have coconut water or green or black tea without milk and sugar.

      right now not exercising but have lost 1.25kgs.

      Actually the thing is I lose like 18 kgs of weight a year ago. But now I have regain 3 kg ... I didn't do anything.. I'm exercising I'm eating healthy. But still i don't know the reason behind this.

    One more thing, just a suggestion though. Avoid using butter as a cooking medium. You can use olive oil and add butter to the soup. Please don't take it otherwise, just a suggestion.

    Hey! Just wanna say that you should be a bit more cautious while cutting cauliflower. Removing brown spots on the top and checking for any possible worms within, is always advisable!
