That’s open ocean area if I’m not mistaken. Beach erosion would be a minor concern for long after my lifetime and with that wall surrounding the compound would be added protection from any major storms.

Now that’s what I call a compound fortress. Would definitely put the maid’s quarters to good use with a place like that. Absolutely beautiful with a justifiable price.

The house is really nice but the price , I could build a modern western style home open floor plan the way I want it to be. I know prices have gone up but that’s too much.
