@@Jiimys187 you are incorrect sir you are equating the type of bread with what a burger is, when in reality it is the preparation of the meat. You can absolutely have a chicken burger or a turkey burger or even a vegetarian burger, as long as the meat or meat substitute are ground or as Australians say it minced and formed into a patty. A whole muscle piece of meat such as a chicken breast or a full cut of beef steak whether put between 2 slices of sliced bread or hamburger bun or Flatbread are sandwiches. Hope this clears up any confusion.

They have activated the gluten too much in the batter. That’s why it may be doughy. When cooking Fish and chips using cornflour as well as normal flour helps👍🏽

Batter was too thick and the temperature not high enough to cook it properly. Chips looked very average but the batter on the fish is the simplest thing to make and yet they get it wrong. Shop could do with a renovation
Same as always factory made chips. Fish looked ok. Here in the UK, king of the fish and chips the price at some fish and chip shops has gone through the roof. £7 just for a fish. Probably $14 Aussie dollars or so.

Not really. The fish wasn't cooked through thats why it fell apart. Its the first time a fish has fallen apart like that and Greggo always tries the batter first with every fish review .Never happened b4.
Greg....I just bought the 5 cheeseburgers for $12 from Carl's Jr here in the northern suburbs of Adelaide and they were shocking. They were cold, cheese didn't melt, the meat didn't go to the edge and the rolls were dried out. so bad the dog wouldn't touch the either..... SO..... could you do a trip to your Carl Jr and review the same?

Downside, poor quality, under cooked raw batter, bland tasting snapper (how do they manage that?) Also bland tasting smaller fish, not even lemon brought them back to life. Powdery chips too. 2.5 pass for the fact they gave you a good size serve of what you asked for and extra 0.3 for the second fish thrown in. If it was flavoursome and batter cooked, then who knows, may even crack into the 4 to 5 star 🌟 range. Great review though, you sir get 5 stars for your performance.
Can they not grow potatoes in Aus to make proper chips it's "criminal" that they only serve frozen chips with the quality of fresh fish on offer, piss poor really

The oil in the fryer was far to hot and the batter too thick so it’s almost over cooked on the outside and not cooked well inside. Also why can’t any Australian fish and chip shop’s ever sell PROPER freshly prepped chips? Why always frozen shite chips :( greggy please find a fish and chip shop that do fresh chips :(

Chicken on a burger bun, that’s a chicken burger. Chicken on two pieces of bread, that’s a chicken sandwich. I hope this clears things up.
