Iron I hope you see this, the level 1 seems to largely be RNG. I spawned on the namek map inside a building next to 3 survivors, had 3 downs and level 2 in 20 seconds, and none of them could do anything cause it was too early for even level 1 DC
Idk if this is an issue on other consoles rn, but I’m trying to bring attention to the fact that servers often kick you before matches start and it happens almost every match. I’ve been playing almost all day and have only been able to match into 4 matches
A few things of note but baby lv1 has auto evolve like saibaman and can't be attacked period. His lv4 increases his hp in the same way ginyu gets hp if recoome lives as opposed to being invincible like vegeta's. You also have "auto evolve" in 2 and 3 by that I mean if your infected civs grab someone that also gives evo, so you're incisived to get either civs or survivors.
It's Guldo that increases ginyu's hp, Recoome increases damage. Because the names Recoome. And it rhymes with doom. And you're gonna be hurtin. All. Too. Soon!

Can confirm that my first match loaded fine but the next FOUR in a row that I tried to do in a premade of TWO PEOPLE just did not work and someone had a server disconnection issue each time. My friend even got a warning in game about getting banned if there were more disconnects. Bruh
I had taken a long break starting during Broly's season and just got back in to give Baby a try. He is SO GOOD. Just an incredibly fun and unique experience that balances out against all the survivor BS that had overtaken everything. No getting rushed early by trolls thinking they're playing Xenoverse. I was especially happy to see they finally nerfed dodging so that they can't just infinitely spam it anymore.
Yeah, i think im done, I want to keep playing but every survivor game I've played has been a massacre where I'm the only player even trying to fight. I get it "you need to cooperate to win" but going into every game knowing i have 0 chance of winning just isn't fun. I played like 6 games and in none of them did Baby ever lose even 1/4th of his health and the STM has only spawned because the Raider forced it to with AD. every game is an ETM escape or im the last one to die. I bet you could load up in a premade and still shit stomp but thats just not reality for the majority of players and these nerfs hurt solos considerably more than Premades

Don't be sorry for the "Expert Driver (Item Recovery)" passive skill. In my opinion, it's the best new skill right now. You can pick up items, open boxes and use vending machines on a vehicle now. It even works with the motorbike. This makes power key hunting very efficient now.
Key Rush him, prioritise key rushing Baby, Baby can have a bad spawn where he gets stuck in level 1 for a long time, I've manage to beat him with a team of randoms, we key rushed him, he got a bad spawn and was stuck in level 1 for more than 3 minutes, we were able to beat him, prioritise key rushing above all else with Baby.
So far I’ve had two matches as Baby. The first I managed to reach lvl 4 and kill all the survivors, and the second I again reached lvl 4 killed all but one who managed to escape. Considering I dumped all my skill points, I purchased Baby at lvl 20, into the evolution energy increase passive skill, that’s probably why I was able to reach lvl 4 both times. Playing as an infected civilian takes getting used to but imo Infected civilian Baby is the scariest raider to go up against in the game now. As in legit scary. As I have found out the hard way, Baby and his infected civilian minions can jump scare you if you’re not careful. No joke, I played a survivor match where I went into a namekian house I spawned next to and immediately got infected by the raider 😱. After that, every time someone would try to revive me, Baby would come back to infect them too. He left a pile of corpses pretty much. Honestly was more amusing than frustrating despite me not getting to do anything that whole match 😅 Anyway, I’m personally enjoying the new options the raider has, more effective Ki blasts, explosion effects on super attacks, and infinite use of instant descent. I’m excited to eventually try out the older raiders and see how I do as them with these new mechanics. But rn, I’m focused on Baby to level him up to at least 30 for now for a new skin.
i really want them to add an ability where once baby infects you at level 3 you can do what uub did and take a piece of his health but you are down after
Key to defeating Baby is hoping he has a bad first level and key rushing or Dragonball rushing the f*** out of him, his strength snowballs very quickly once he reaches level 2, you have to key rush him and hope he has a bad first level to put a lot of pressure on him. Me and a team of randoms have beaten him through key rushing him and him having a bad first level.

That would be cool although the thing is there’s too many dragons for that to properly work. The way I see it, only about half the dragons would be playable, (Probably Oceanus, Nova/Eis and Syn/Omega) while the other half (Haze, Rage and Naturon) could be stage hazards like Bah is on Dangerous Ground, if there is a new map that is. Seven dragons plus Syn’s Omega form could be tricky to work with. Although what do I know? If they can make the not-evil DBS version of Broly work perhaps there is a chance. I can also see Super Transpheres, SSJ4 themed ones to be exact, being a thing for Shadow Dragon matches since the Dragon Balls are a part of the dragons and thus not available for use.
I feel like they are going to add a map and reveal more transpheres later this season to kind of spread the hype out instead of everyone knowing what's coming day 1 of the season. But I could be hard coping lol.
@kdknight1297 I think they'll just stick with the last 3 shadow dragons of GT as they were the only ones who were an actual challenge. So something like: Level 1: Nuova Level 2: Eis with Nuova assist Level 3: Syn Level 4: Omega

Had one match against Baby. Not much to say as I barely saw him. He got to lvl 3 and I only encountered one infected civ and it treated the situation like an extraction but one that alerts the raider and you can't cancel the extraction. A teammate tried to attack the infected civ but nothing happened. I was the only survivor in the match as the STM got destroyed, I ETM'd out and the guy who had the 7 balls went to summon, The raider area destroyed to stop him and stupidly, the summoner went to another area and tried to call the ETM instead of going for another summon. By the time he did try a summon, another player called the ETM and the raider destroyed it.
I'm going to enjoy my revenge against the survivors that caused me so much pain throughout this game's history. This season is going to be fun for raiders.
We got a delayed season, and when we actually got the season there's no new map and no dragon tier survivor. Off to a great start season six. At least baby is cool

Yep if you read his lv1 passive he can't be targeted, interestingly enough that same passive says he has auto evolve like saibaman does after a set amount of time.
Ngl I think Baby evolves too fast for his slave gimmick to show up. His kit seems pretty powerful as is, so maybe a slight nerf to his evo at levels 2 and 3 would allow for more time to play around with servants
I did fully put my points into his evolve, and I have to agree. The best way to build him is to put all your points into the attack cooldowns as he evolves very fast as is.
My counter play for baby is to use Ki detection to see if he spawned near me, use instant rise and flying nimbus and fly away, but because i bought blonde Launch, i can use her passive skill while using flying nimbus so i never have to get off to pick up item's.
Because they stopped displaying raider levels. So if you're a raider on standby, it will only show your survivor level along with the rest of the survivors. The survivor level cap goes up to 300 at this time.
This raider is so wack imo. Going against him isn't even viable. You can't even win (then again it could be my connection cause all my matches ended up lagging out or with a loss cause I can't hit him but he hits me) He has too many things against survivors. Yes the point of a raider is to be over powered but this feels too OP😂 The Dragon Change is just useless now cause you can't run. You just need to pray he doesn't come after you and single you out and downs you. And before you ask me "am I running X Y and Z-" I'm not running the "Best" stuff cause I just don't have it and I refuse to spend money on this game.

Unfortunately Baby can be countered with the most gimmicky skill of all: Smoke Screen. This is literally the new EF IT combo. Baba and Puar can clown on him with instant rise, he’s gonna starve energy.

i've been playing like 3 times and nobody is playing baby. I wonder if people are to scared to use him. But i miss when raiders used to be scary to even try to jump the raider.
Just imagine how much less people would dislike this season if they had just added a dragon tier or a new map, what were they doing for four months??? they must've just been working on the raider because he's so cool. And I'm not a huge fan of GT.
They need to make it so that Level 1 Baby can only attack Survivors if they are grabbed by another infected civilian. To many times I would somehow activate an infected civilian and get infected from across the map
Nah black is OP after the universal level 2 buff, and the transpheres not gonna stand a chance now with how vanishing was absolutely massacred, at least with baby the team can use dragon balls and jump him at level 2, and his break strike got hella cooldown

You can get whoever you want, but trust me, Goku Black would CURRENTLY be more fun. I’m only using baby bc I used money on him and ranked isn’t out yet.

1:32 infected civilian passive states that after a certain length of time passes he will auto evo to baby vegeta. So yeh he does auto evolve

The main counter to baby is civ rushing. You’re never getting anything by key rushing. Once you’re done civ rushing you can just all rush baby at once

Found out telepathy doesn't work on baby till like lvl 2
Ngl I think Baby evolves too fast for his slave gimmick to show up. His kit seems pretty powerful as is, so maybe a slight nerf to his evo at levels 2 and 3 would allow for more time to play around with servants
I did fully put my points into his evolve, and I have to agree. The best way to build him is to put all your points into the attack cooldowns as he evolves very fast as is.
Allow him to be jumped at level 1 and it's fine. He shouldn't be able to get away doing what he wants with no risk.

Im curious as to what the counterplay is to baby, cause it could be a problem if there's no form of counterplay for the raiders...
My counter play for baby is to use Ki detection to see if he spawned near me, use instant rise and flying nimbus and fly away, but because i bought blonde Launch, i can use her passive skill while using flying nimbus so i never have to get off to pick up item's.

Because they stopped displaying raider levels. So if you're a raider on standby, it will only show your survivor level along with the rest of the survivors. The survivor level cap goes up to 300 at this time.

This raider is so wack imo. Going against him isn't even viable. You can't even win (then again it could be my connection cause all my matches ended up lagging out or with a loss cause I can't hit him but he hits me)
He has too many things against survivors. Yes the point of a raider is to be over powered but this feels too OP😂
The Dragon Change is just useless now cause you can't run. You just need to pray he doesn't come after you and single you out and downs you.
And before you ask me "am I running X Y and Z-" I'm not running the "Best" stuff cause I just don't have it and I refuse to spend money on this game.

Unfortunately Baby can be countered with the most gimmicky skill of all: Smoke Screen.

@@ThatOnePancake1337 in other words, baby lvl 1 needs lock-on to use his instakill active skill, basically a worse saibaman in some ways, no ki blasts, breaking objects by walking into em, wall kick, zip
then again, it's impossible to stun or hurt him at all in this form neither
also, it seems smokescreen might be more useful in general this time around (keyword might)

i've been playing like 3 times and nobody is playing baby. I wonder if people are to scared to use him. But i miss when raiders used to be scary to even try to jump the raider.

Just imagine how much less people would dislike this season if they had just added a dragon tier or a new map, what were they doing for four months??? they must've just been working on the raider because he's so cool. And I'm not a huge fan of GT.
there is dragon tier but it sucks as there is no free survivor skin in it

They need to make it so that Level 1 Baby can only attack Survivors if they are grabbed by another infected civilian. To many times I would somehow activate an infected civilian and get infected from across the map

Nah black is OP after the universal level 2 buff, and the transpheres not gonna stand a chance now with how vanishing was absolutely massacred, at least with baby the team can use dragon balls and jump him at level 2, and his break strike got hella cooldown

Get Black rn Baby is fun but very OP and hard to enjoy. Goku Black is definitely more fun for a “challenge” bc the Super Transpheres

@@johndoe-dj3iy I’ve been playing a ton recently and so far have had no issue with the level 2 strat since raiders have been buffed across the board + survivors nerfed. You can get whoever you want, but trust me, Goku Black would CURRENTLY be more fun. I’m only using baby bc I used money on him and ranked isn’t out yet.
