I stayed there in July 2023 on an 8 day hiking tour with HF Holidays, a tour company I recommend. Adelboden was our base. Hotel Steinmattli was very nice with great food. For our hiking lunches, we purchased sandwiches from a local pastry shop. Chicken curry with pineapple...yum! The trip of a lifetime for me.
