Windows Cannot Complete The Extraction (Cannot Open Folder or Create the File) Windows 10

I couldn't do any of the following extractions. The only option I had in properties was General. All file locations have the same name (Archive Root Directory). This is a zipped folder that had some files extracted while others weren't extracted properly. There was no 7-zip option, only extract all which I did previously.

I had a zip file passord protected which failed to unzip through windows "Extract all" option but I installed 7-ZIP and I was able to unzip it using 7-ZIP without any issues.

Winzip was causing issues so I downloaded, and used, Winrar and it had no issues at all.
