I was born in 1965. The 70's was the best decade for childrens tv programming. Saturday morning cartoons, brady bunch partridge family, to all the truck driving shows, mash. It simply was the best. Wide world of sports was on sundays.

Respectfully, I must disagree. I was born in 81 and the 80s through early 90s had it beat. Not only did we get all the repeats of the 70s shows, we also got the best era of kids cartoons of all time, as well as the cool start of the 90s with Nikleodeon, Cartoon Network.

@@kennethscott-et4tw what was really cool and nostalgic is I was born in Chicago, central time. So starting right after school was kids time for the whole weekend. Off school, Brady bunch, partridge family, love American style, sleep, wake up 6 am to watch three stooges, then all the cartoons etc etc

I was born in 1970 and I watched both The Six Million Man and The Incredible Hulk when I was between 5 and 7. I loved all these shows and I would always cry at the end of an episode of The Incredible Hulk when Banner is walking along the road trying to hitch a ride and I would start crying...because no one ever stopped to give him a ride. The best years of my life...

    • @tvcrazyman

SAME!! I really felt bad for David at the end. Always trying to help. I never did understand why David was running away from a................reporter. That was kind of dumb and the Hulk's death was probably the dumbest death of any major Marvel character on tv. Really? A fall from a plane?

Back in the 1970’s, the viewer had to use their imagination to make the scene work. (Something that doesn’t happen today) The show would give you a good idea of what it was about but you mentally had to “work” with the show and BELIEVE in the scene!! In many ways, this makes for a superior result in the audience resulting impression and admiration of their hero!

Great video! I was a kid in the 70s and while I didn't notice the inconsistency errors, I did occasionally see the wires. But that was just part of it. It was TV theatre, and the goal wasn't to be perfect. We all knew they were actors and it was just a show. The wires didn't phase me at all.

In that scene where wonder woman is jumping and that dark mysterious figure shows up, I solved it. That dark figure we all saw was Venom. He made his first appearance ever and the funny thing he was not introduced into comics until 1984. The Wonder Woman television show debuted in 1975. I believe the symbiotes were among us, maybe from the Roswell incident. Either way Venom decided to make a quick appearance, to let the world know he was stalking Wonder Woman in the DC universe, even though Venom is a Marvel character. In Venom's defense who would not want to stalk wonder woman, (Linda Carter) back then? Right fellas. LOL Great video, thanks for posting.

Thanks for those, they really made me smile. I loved all the shows on here and even remember i spotted some of the bloopers way back then. never in wonder Woman though, I think i was dazzled by the beauty that was Linda Carter. I always used to ask my dad why the Hulks trousers never ripped off and why they always fitted bruce as well as the hulk too. There was an episode of the bionic man where he changed colour of his shirt mid jump too as i remember. Also how did he bend things while using his normal arm to hold them too😂😂😂

Loved each of these shows as a kid. There were plenty of bloopers in Dukes. Wrecked cars, repeating backgrounds... etc
My slightly older sister pointed out "How can Steve Austin break a set of handcuffs without ripping off his non-bionic hand?" She was always a smart one.
Never noticed many bloopers on Wonder Woman. I was always intent on watching the star of the show! Wowsa 😳

I seem to recall catching mistakes back then as kind of neat, but it never ruined anything for me I just thought of it as figuring out the tricks that they used. I definitely didn't notice a lot of things back then as much as I do now.

Enjoyed the look back. I was in High School and college during the run of these series. Since you appear to be a Sci-Fi buff, you would have enjoyed my trips to Wonderfest in Louisville, KY. I met many Sci-Fi stars including Anne Francis, Boris Karloff's daughter, David Hedison, Bobby May as the guy inside the Robot in Lost in Space and many others. My son is a sculptor and artist who would display his items there.

I was born in 64 and I too think the shows of the 70’s were the best . I was 11 when the Wonder Woman pilot movie premiered, what I remember most is how noticeable it was when her stunt double was used because her wig was horrible and she was shorter than Lynda Carter, also the heels on her boots were constantly disappearing and reappearing .And I was a big fan of the Shazam/Isis hour on Saturday mornings. I had a Six Million Dollar man action figure complete with that motor he lifted with his bionic arm, also had a bionic woman board game.

I remember in the Christmas episode of the 6 Million Dollar Man, that starred Dick Sergeant of "Bewitched" fame, there was a blooper in the scene, where they were in a toy shop, looking for presents for kids! Towards the end of the scene, where the camera zooms in on Lee Major's face, in the background, you can clearly see, that there is a toy of the 6 Million Man, that just came out that year for Christmas, just sitting there in the background!
I told my parents to look right there, but my father just ignored me! However, my mother saw it though and said, "wow, you're right!" The following week, TV Guide mentioned the blooper as being there in the show the previous week!

From time to time some shows would do little things like that, sort of as an inside joke and not as a blooper.

Of course we want the shows to be great when we're younger so we never catch these things. One of my favorites, though, is the Six Million Dollar Man and my favorite episode "The Seven Million Dollar Man. When Steve has to kick down a vault door, he starts running towards the target with high-heeled 70s boots on, but when hes in the air kicking the door down, he has flats on. Then, in the next scene he's back to the boots again LOL That's probably one of the few that I've caught and only as an adult lol.
