Congratulations! I think this makes for a very interesting case study of doing what works for you! Great review, knocked it out. Pricing in that level eliminates most of us, I would like to see you guys do more of this type of review of “family” rigs. 😊

Not sure I understand the water/toilet situation. You have a massive 450liter fresh water, and a 150 liter grey water tank (no idea where the remaining 300 liter is supposed to disappear to) for maximum off grid independence of probably over a week. Contrast with the standard 17liter of a toilet cassette, which will last you about 3 days max... What is the use of dragging along all that water if you have to go empty your toilet at the designated area every 3 days? For that amount of money I would have expected an incinerating toilet, so that you could really be off grid for the time your water supply lasts.
Yeah I noticed the same thing. Seems like Storyteller is mega advertising on TH-cam by having people take them out. I want to see someone talk about it that has spent the $400k and lived in one for a year :D

My wife and I are starting to devise a way to purchase something like the Hilt. If we can figure out how to pay for it, LOL.

Be careful of eating processed foods. I completely changed my diet due to health issues and I had people sending me articles about processed foods, etc. Most people don't know that big tobacco saw the writing on the wall so they took their huge stockpile of cash and bought food companies like Nabisco and Kraft among others. They took their scientists who are experts at making stuff addictive and tweaked all their products with unhealthy stuff and then bought stock in the pharmaceutical companies. Create the disease and then peddle the drugs to treat. Most people don't know that not only is high fructose corn syrup really bad for you in that it causes fatty liver, makes food more addictive but it's also full of mercury due to the way that it's processed. Most of the junk that they allow in our food in America is outlawed in Europe. It's criminal. Our poisons are slowly spreading across the world though. Obesity is becoming rampant in many European nations now as well.
Oh my goodness people! The have nots really have so much to say don’t we. Good for you guys trying out an overlander style rig! Some people buy a house and stay in one place. Just demoing it unfortunately!
Awesome rig!,❤
this truck is fantastic, offering the same level of fun and comfort as overpriced and heavy Earthroamer trucks, but without the excessive size that might make it less practical for off-roading
R u serious?
Awesome ❤❤❤❤
That's one insane rig
Amazing! Congratulations
Wyatt is awesome 😎
Oh my goodness people! The have nots really have so much to say don’t we. Good for you guys trying out an overlander style rig! Some people buy a house and stay in one place. You guys are buying memories and experience! Life is short. Go for it! Thanks for sharing your journey! Also, if your family helps you in life, well, thats amazing. If they put in the hard work and want their kids to have a better life then applaud that this is still possible. Either way, have fun!
Rippin rigg totally livable!
Seriously!
Where are people selling their campervans? There are a lot of people quitting vans so, maybe we can get better deals right?
i love the baby boy
Very cool.. looks a lot like an EarthRoamer
half the price too 🙌🏻
@@MathersOnTheMap Yeah it's half the price of the larger Earth Roamer but Earth Roamer also has one a bit smaller called the Earth Roamer LXi and it's around $450,000. I assume that this is what they were showing us because I can't find where they tell us what the name of the rig is. It looks identical to the ER LXi so I figured it was! Hmmm!!!
@@CheeseheadMan-np2bnit’s the Storyteller GXV Hilt
@@MathersOnTheMap Oh okay!!! It looks identical to the LXi Earth Roamer and I wasn't sure! I love it!! Thanks for replying and thanks for the video!!!
@@MathersOnTheMap My apologies I was referring to the LTi not LXi. My bad!!
Well if you’re going to be out there you might as well be comfortable 😊
That's the plan!
Sick rig
nice upgrade
Super!! I love it 😱
same!
I'm not sure, for the price of this vehicle, I would buy a Unimog or something around those lines.
I like it for the most part. The size is surely an issue. But I don't like the plastic windows. For that kind of money real glass should be standard. And the cassette toilet is horrible. It's a major inconvenience compared to a separation toilet!
No doubt it's better than a van as it's cost is triple your van really no comparison
Great looking van❤❤❤❤
Awesome rig for sure! Bit on the pricy side for us :)
Wow..Who knew TH-cam paid so well.
Thats a one cool vehicle, if i have the funds i would buy somethin similar, maybe 27 north and only cos its a bit cheaper😅
Truck msrp is 70-80K, is the box really worth 400K?
Yeah when I sell my house I’ve looked at this and Earthroamer
THese things are LEGIT, nut 1/2 a million is STEEP!!!!
Not a fan of touch screens for adventure vehicles
Not a fan of touch screens for RV controls
Just too many things go down if it has issues
Switches and relays. Not everything in one basket
Ok where can i purchase one that i can install on my truck??
is the Ram chassis support service worldwide?
How’s this rig on a 2500 chassis? I’ve been wondering if I should get a 2500 or 3500 for a lance truck camper just the 600-800 series
5500 chassis
What do yall do for work?
Sure nice but $500k 😮 it’s probably unreachable for many rver like me. also I think it’s on ram diesel truck heard ram diesel truck have lots issue. And I do own a ram powerwagn but it’s gas.
Then don't watch??
Keep it
We wish!
looks nice but too small and way too expensive too buy , a box truck has more room then that thing you have , inside box truck you can full size fridge , washing machine and dryer , a full size computer desk and setup the box truck into 4x4 with lift kit and yes you can have 40 gallon water tanks with shower , its up to you how you want to design it , but would never spend 500k , i would spend 30k max lol
I hear ya, we prefer something more capable though to get away from the crowds
It was cool until you find the price tag starts at $500,000 USD. Only the rich can have fun outdoors
If T rump wins and does away with Social Security I will have to sell my house and buy a camper van to live in, so I am checking out different options. I would not be able to pull enough out of selling my house to buy this rig but still looking.
and I'm sure the price is a beast
I want one!!!!!
same!! haha
of course you got more space if you got the money, not even a dry shower.
0:29 Delamination already on the leading side edge of box?
It’s mud from high country trails in the rain th-cam.com/video/ylkSRMu10hE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=w1lQKFBnX7WH7Avx
