It is just Baudha, not Baudhanath and It is just Swoyambhu not Swoyambhunath. It is not like Hindu holy sites such as Kedarnath, Goraknath, Pashupatinath. There is no nath after Baudha. It is just Baudha my friend. It is not Hindu site just Buddhist stupa strictly. Baudhanath is given name by the Hindus. Buddhists prefer to call it Baudha just Baudha. Circling around the stupa is called " Kora" and always clockwise.
In Nepal we practice, Theravada and Vajrayana ( Tantrayana) Buddhism. Once Nepal was a Buddhist nation during the Lichivi dynasty in ancient time. It was also called golden era of Nepal.
