Clearing fences is my favorite thing because it makes SUCH a drastic improvement for both sides of the fence. You truly are helping more than one family by doing it. And, to me, the reveal of the front walkway was the Mow It Wells Sauce for this one!
This job was above and beyond whatever the homeowner might have imagined in his wildest dreams...and you told him it would take him 3 hours? It would have taken him three hours just to mow! What you did for him was completely outside his realm of possibility!

Was a little surprised by the back of the brick house next door. It appears occupied, yet some windows are boarded up, and there was a "private property" sign in one of the windows not boarded up. It had me wondering about the neighborhood... all the other homes and lawns looked well-kept, and other than some tagging on the road signs, didn't seem like the type of area you'd see break-ins and the like. Maybe had to do with the overgrowth in the area? 🤔
Always exciting to uncover a hidden sidewalk. That corner is very busy. Wouldn't be surprised if some car came around the corner at a high rate of speed and crashed into that house! You really pay attention to the smallest detail. Very nice job, young man!

Landlords don't pay enough attention, and a tenant doesn't care. And it shows at this place. The overgrowth has been there longer than a "last mowing." It's actually a really decent home and neighborhood. Great job! You've set it up nicely for the next renters.
That edging has never been done. That was not a great landlord to have let that go on so long, without stepping in himself. Please. Ut everything short it may never get cut back again.

Great job glad you didn't get hit by all those California jackrabbits when you first started I counted 11 rolling stops(California jackrabbits) while you were edging that corner and only ONE complete stop. Over the course of the video 21 cars just rolled through that stop sign and only one stopped I think the city needs to change the sign to Yield ⚠️ because it seems that no one but one person knows how to read the word STOP 🛑. But the yard looked great 👍.

Alex, I just came upon your channel a few days ago and search you up to watch your videos. May I make a suggestion if you don’t mind: when there are bushes in front of the windows, do you think trimming them down to the window sill would give it a cleaner appearance? At least more light would come through and no one is looking at a high bush in front of the window. I do enjoy watching the transformation! So much better! You do great work. Keep sharing your blessings with others. It sure makes their day a lot sweeter.
I could care less about what you do with the debris. But I get really concerned about you working along the road with your back to the traffic. You could set the trash cans out there to kind of shield you. Or at least get people to give a bit more room for you. If it were me I would park my truck along the curb to shield me. There are so many crazy drivers that just do not watch the road. Especially texting, even though illegal in most States. Really odd that the concealed sidewalk runs of at that angle to nowhere special. If it went to the mailbox or driveway, that would make some sense. Great work, and be SAFE !

Even when I was young and throughout the time I rented I've always believed that you leave a place better than you found it. I had some pretty bad looking yards at a few places I moved to but they were beautiful when I left It's a way of leaving something positive for others to build with.

Well, a lot of good came out of this...first, you are helping the guy out, then the brush got picked up so you didn't have to hall it. Hopefully the guy took a security deposit and if he got stuck paying the fine it would come out of that. Having been a renter for many years, I just don't understand the garbage left in that yard. As a renter my spouse and I actually did improvements on the shack ( truth, it was a shack) we rented.

You should have worn a bright yellow or orange vest for visibility while doing the curbside. Very few cars stopped at the stop sign and few came awfully close to your perspn.
