My company does not has issue with it as my work experience is over 3 years. Should qualification match your work experience? In noc the qualification requirements are marketing, communication or so on related field. I am really worried about it.

I have some questions. Like i did my CA articleship for 3yr and which was paid, 2k, 2.5k and 3k for each year. I started it in june 2018 and from oct 2018 i was trf to under other CA due to travelling issues and since then I worked till sept 2021. So the stipend i received was from two CAs. And on paper my articleship was completed june 2021 which is exact 3yr but i have to work for more 3 months as an extension which was not paid. But my CA has agreed to give me reference letter. So i want to know what should i do in this case?

Unfortunately I dont have tax returns for the period. Salary was transferred to my account, but as there was no tax due, I didn't file returns.

I have Offer letter, Pay stubs and they can also provide reference letter. But this consultancy has no web site and recently started with only 3 people working for this. But they said they are registered consultancy.

My experience letter in Hindi, now my previous employer (principal) is dead ,these days His daughter is the principal of college she is denying to give reference letter or any thing else related to my job. My AINP Portal shows stupid thing.
It shows Web Application Status as "submitted" while Portal Processing Status as "Application Cancelled". As per AINP, if your Web Application Status shows "submitted" then, your application is under process. I haven't received any email from AINP regarding the start of my application process. I have filled web forms on AINP Portal but they don't reply. What should I do?

Hello sir. I hope you are doing well. I have one doubt about my PR. I showed my india experience of 2 years. I uploaded my job offer letter with job responsibilities, resignation letter, paystub and 6 month bank statement. However, I didn’t attached Income tax return because i didn’t filled any, actually my income was non-taxable as per the income tax return of india. It was below the bar of taxable income. So is it a matter of concern for me ?

Hi, what if your previous employer is not on good terms with you and he is not issuing the required documents i.e payslips, appointment letter copy? Should we ignore our previous experience and consider our current experience ?

Hello, I started working in a company 3 months back, but had recieved salary as cash as i was a trainee during the period. Now i am a permanent staff at the company and salary will be credited into my account. My company is willing to issue payslips for the last three months. So can i show the work experience by attaching the payslips and bank statement from this month onwards?

Sami, thing is: if you cannot prove your work experience, it will not count...
They way forward is, getting a reference letter from your vendors, suppliers, clients. With their letterhead and their visiting cards and other details. Get all papers notarised.
Produce ledgers, books, transaction details, income tax returns.

If you're claiming points for that experience, only then you need it's documentation.
If it is some old job, no need.
Experience letter of last two employers are good enough for proof as far as my previous employers are concern. My work experience consist of 12 years.

You should mention your two and a half years in teaching because almost every educated person teaches whether he teaches at home or in a coaching center.

Because, I have all the proofs like letter from supervisor, work-permit, bank statements and membership cards, all mentions my profession.
But, when the call come direct to company landline, it goes to a Manager, who straightaway denies. They don’t want their employees to leave the company, so they don’t cooperate when someone calls to enquire about employees.

No one do prepare his/ her work experience documents in this way ,
There are few things are on right way but some are not.
Don't teach case officer to assess or judge your work experience history or don't teach office that how to verify your experience.
It worked for me, and it will work for others too.
Don't leave your case officer to a lot of guessing.

Tbh if any one is applying from UAE 🇦🇪 they are only told to give experience letter and if the job is not relevant they will ask for pay stubs how its possible to produce all these documents ?certain company doesn't cater such service for an ex employee now what you are showing is from which country??
UAE Companies also issue same reference letter.

I did my masters through GATE examination,as i received every month stipend for two years as 12,400 INR.
My query is ,shall i consider this two year as my work experience while graduating..because the stipend will be released by central government of india only when we work together wiith professors as our job is to take classes for UG students.
