Yes. I'm pinning this comment. Grilled meat now sells for 6. It used to sell for 4 only, that's why I still turned it into Mega Meat. Thanks for the comment!
Here's a tip on shipwrecked critters. When there's a storm, save the game RIGHT BEFORE the storm passes, maybe 20 in-game minutes before it stops. When you get the "New Critters Shipwrecked" message, go to where they possibly be. Once you arrive, if you see someone you don't want, Alt+F4 to force quit the game, and get back into the game, right before the storm passes. With this, it's possible to get the shipwrecked critter you want. The critters will respawn at the same place sometimes with the same quest.
@@myrabelsplays Yeah! With this method, I was able to get the Critters I liked, like Rusty, Z.O.O.T, Lesley, and Minty. Still wanted to find Tulio and Lyx though.
Thank you very much for the many helpful tips, but I have a question. To build a house, the new village resident needs a reliable cutter and hard wood. But I only have an ordinary cutter, so I can't produce hard wood. How can I get a reliable cutter?
You'll find a recipe for it on one of the surrounding islands. It will look like a mural that you'll have to learn like the one you did for the fabricator.
I have pokee working my restaurant and can't fire him, because I need to make 5 salads for him. How do you get the recipes to make salads or to feed the crab, I am limited on my cooking, what am I doing wrong?
You have to experiment to find out most recipes in the game. Salad can be made using cooking pot by cooking one seaweed and 2 veggies. For the crab, the recipe is drawn on the signpost near. You can join the official Critter Cove server, they have a thread there for all the known food recipes while they work on the wiki.
@@chelsiesdiamondsandbooks the devs confirmed that the eviction is not yet in the game but will be included in their first major update. For now, you can have up to 14 townies (including pokee and sammie) and you can ignore a shipwrecked villager til it rotates to a new one that you like better
Just grilling meat doubles its value, which makes it a better option than the Mega Meat Jumble.

@@myrabelsplays I now feel bad for "correcting" you when you weren't actually wrong at the time...
@@urkerab don't feel bad! I appreciate the comment and update in information. It helps other people out too!
I love this game so much! I love playing as my Tibetan Wolf character! I hope one day we can play online!
Lesgo another Wolf character!
Playing online would be amazing.

Nice! Goodluck hunting for Tulip and Lyx. I might attempt an all wolf/dog townies. It seems more doable now. 😆
@@myrabelsplays Hehe, no problem! Good luck with that! I managed to get Nyx on my very next storm, and he's at Hotter Tropics!
@@dracko158 nice!!! Only Tulio now. I'm a bit jealous that you have Rusty. He looks so cool!
Nice video! Thank you for the tips. Have been enjoying this game.
I'm glad you liked it! It's a pretty fun game!
Nice tips i didnt know about the green bar for sprinting.
I have placed some storage boxes upstairs in the workshop
Glad I could help! And thinking abt it now, the upstairs in the workshop is also great for placing the chests. Haha!

@@myrabelsplays thank you thats good to know 😊
@@myrabelsplays That's good to know!
@@myrabelsplays how long does it take to rotate a villager? Do you know?
They rotate after a storm but the storm occurrence is random. As you progress, you'll be able to see when the storms are coming but it's still random.
Thank you so much. I was enjoying this beautiful game but kept drowning because I don't know how to ascend once I dive down. Very helpful video 🙏🏻
Glad I could help! If you're still having trouble, hold spacebar and it should help you ascend.
@@myrabelsplays I finally figured it out and got the Sharky mission for safer diving. Whoop ! Lol 😅
Nice! You'll be able to explore more now!
