Great video. I played 7 years of lacrosse and i was a goalie. It’s 18 years later and my daughter has started playing. The team is in need of goalie help. What i have found is it’s all in muscle memory for me but hard to articulate. Thanks for the videos to refresh my memory so can spread my trapped knowledge😂
