youre right but also a lot of anime character design elements are archetypal (meaning that certain design elements insinuate certain personalities) so could be right or could be both artists making the same things. could also be the case of both artists taking inspiration from the same sources. I happen to be an anime artist so there has just been times where I worked on something for a while just to be asked "oh it looks like X" and then I get mad because a lot of the times X just does a couple things better at least that I couldve learned from and not reinvented the wheel. thas all :>
