Packet loss is an internet problem. Make sure your router is close by or wired with Ethernet. Run some detailed network connection tests. If the tests show packet loss, call your internet service provider and have them send a tech out
PS can be worse. I have both systems and Xbox is generally more robust and always has been for me. Lately Hitman Trilogy keeps crashing so im going to follow some tips here. Here's hoping
