Yea Butter's Pimp episode is defiantly one of my favorites of the entire show. It's probably already been mentioned but the bomb shelter is the Casa Bonita episode, Cartman's favorite restaurant. Kyle is having his bday party there and invites Butters over Cartman but it's implied if butters can't go Cartman would. I can't remember why but the original plan for them to go had to be postponed till the next week and that's how Cartman got Butters in the dumb to stall longer.
