Coach Hodges, this is an excellent, excellent drill! Tightening the handle as discipline to the feet is introduced. I'm going to have my son work on it tomorrow. He will love it. Thanks for the marvelous content.
0:21 start off with dribble float 1:04 Three crosses then float 1:41 double cross then float 2:25 cross through behind 3:20 double through replace 4:22 double between skip forward 5:35 turn and step while stay low 7:02 2 relaxed skips to under drag 8:03 2 relaxed skips to between cross
This is great. Once I have this down and have maxed out the speed of the fast and the slow of the slow then I’ll work on switching up the timing of the dribbles. The best ball handlers in the world are very unpredictable, and right now I can do it if I’m consciously thinking about it but it isn’t instinctual in the flow of the game, and I resort to normal timing
@@Ljay968 yes a carry is a carry. but with a process to learn at times you might carry, double, or travel. The process to get better can look wild at times but it’s all about results.
I agree. I would spend hundreds per game to go to NBA games per month I stopped when Allen Iverson started playing because it became sensational. I am sure that these athaletes are truly amazing though. Keep up the good work guys.

This is excellent content…excellent teaching of the details. The details make the difference in terms of doing the moves correctly or not.

isn't that float called break n dribble? Break in the dribble which is a violation?
I disagree… A carry is a carry regardless if the Refs calls it or not… practice good habits
