Here's the thing... as a person who grew up with 3 types of parrots (Amazon, Cockatoo, and Cockatiel) it is SO obvious when someone is an excellent bird owner, truly takes the best care of the bird, loves the bird, gives the bird proper nutrition, and works hard training the bird. These are all visible and obvious with you & your birds. Every video of your that I watch it is demonstrated by how each individual bird interacts with you & you with them. This makes me happy
She is such a lovely creature. Although I will never be in a position to have a bird, I love watching you video"s. It gives me a look into a fascinating world.
These birds deserve our respect and true friendship. I would love to be taught by and work with this gentleman to ensure more of our feathery friends have awesome rewarding relationships with their owners.
Oh you’ve inspired me to do more target training to and from perch. Excellent video with a good reminder of healthy boundaries for us and the birds thank you 😊
So, my Indian Ringneck and I are hanging out in my basement and I put this video on- we both use very similarly colored target sticks. I just watched her fly and touch your target stick on my tv multiple times and then come back to me with the “where is my treat, I did the thing” look. 🤣😂🤣😂

This was another awesome video! I think it's always a great reminder for both kids and critters to reinforce good behavior. Of course in a good healthy way. Hi, I love ur video! I just Adopted a Military macaw she’s about in her 30s. she does pretty much everything on the video you I just saw!! She just started to go up on my Shoulders don’t want to get off.. I’m going to try everything u sed on ur video. But one of my question is when she’s in the cage I notice that she’s been flapping her wings, and putting her head down like in a Aggression mode!! And now recently she does it when she’s is on my Shoulders! Tell me what does that mean.
How sweet at the love! I would love to see how you work with a bird that maybe gets a hold of something similar to a button/jewelry and let's say maybe they keep running away to try and keep it from you. I'd be especially curious to see what would be a good way of dealing with it if let's say you try to redirect them to get the object away but maybe they still wont leave such things alone? I'm not dealing with this personally but, I think it would be great to see not being a bird savvy person.
How to stop them from biking buttons and zips have 7 month old military that is super clingy and when it gets on me it won’t leave buttons alone. When I push he beak away she gets angry and starts attacking my hands. Like a tantrum
Craig, I notice that you seem to pet your birds. Amy only pets Fable 's head so she doesn't mess with the grooming(?) Of her flight feathers. Am I confused? Because I know you fly your birds.

Let's say I get a 3 month old macaw and start to raise her; how and when would I even approach teaching her to fly outdoors?? Thx

If I were to be constantly rubbing their flight feathers etc maybe ? However generally I only scratch their heads...
