He debuted in 2007 and got the chance to perform only once on stage after that he became an unknown singer for 9 years hoping that maybe there's still a chance left , but when he lost hope (2015) he decided to participate in a show (everyone who participates in this show can appear only once) just so he could stand on the stage he longed for one last time. But God had other plans for him because his beautiful voice won people hearts , from then he started appearing on more shows (he has a nice personality too) and in 2016 he released A daily song (please react) which became a big hit in korea

Also "balancer quelqu'un" could be translated as to denounce someone to the police or any kind of authority (including fathers, teachers, etc...) but I'm not sure that this translation fits this song`s lyrics.
