I consider myself as a novice, avid, opportunistic , spontaneous weed forager, I am a horticulturist and spent a good part of my life fighting weeds, have recently embraced weed foraging motivated mostly for nutrition and health but also as a sense of respect for resources, everything about Diego’s work inspires me and would love to attend a work shop one day, a huge heartfelt thank you to Diego for sharing this treasure!
Hi Diego! I thank you for the lovely foraging walk today in Sydney the 15/10/22! It was so good to meet you and learn more and I am inspired to give some plants a go, which I would not have done if I would not have come to this session.
Thank you Diego, an excellent informative vid. I'm just now trying wild rocket and several other edible weeds in outback QLD. The more i look, the more I'm finding. Chick weed, dandelion lambs ear, many more i am researching first.. Like you said, once you open eyes, food is everywhere. Could you share your recipes by any chance ? Maybe you have, I'll look. Subbd.
