The family of Oxford High School students Riley and Bella Franz has filed two $100million lawsuits against the district, alleging failure to stop the fatal attack. Riley, 17, was shot in the neck while next to her sister, Bella, 14, when accused gunman Ethan Crumbley, 15, opened fire on the school. Attorney Geoffrey Fieger filed the suits early Thursday, alleging the 'horror of November 30, 2021 was entirely preventable'. Named in the suits are the Oxford Community School District, Superintendent Timothy Throne, Oxford High School principal Steven Wolf, the dean of students, two counselors, two teachers and a staff member. Crumbley, a sophomore at the school, was arrested at school and has been charged as an adult with murder, terrorism and other crimes. His parents, James and Jennifer Crumbley, later were arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter.

The NRA doesn’t guarantee Constitutional Rights. The Constitution guarantees Constitutional Rights.
2nd Amendment is a Constitutional Right.
      Public School is not.
The answer seems clear to me. Get rid of school grounds. Children can learn at home.
Schools are breeding grounds for violence and take children away from their parents during their developmental years. No wonder children have emotional problems. School is unnatural.

Do people have to go through background checks, psychological checks, questions, and need a license and register to be able to own guns?
In Europe only criminals hand guns without permission.
How many American parents let their children play with guns?
Let’s be honest, this system is wrong and dangerous.
Adults should go through serious checks before to be able to get gun possession in my opinion.

Mate, guns are extremely rare Over the pond. It’s not like every criminal here has a gun- they don’t. Most crimes here are by knife and while it’s deadly one on one… it’s vary hard to kill multiple people with a knife as apposed to a gun.
School shooters don’t get their guns from the mafia. Just like knife crime in the UK isn’t caused by knives from gangs. This is an issue of too much access.

    • @cherylbritt7227

Crumbleys were summoned to speak to administrators after the teenager was alleged to have produced disturbing images, including a gun, ammunition and the words “blood everywhere"!
Apparently the parents had a meeting with the school the day before and the day of the shooting regarding Ethan's unusual behavior.
Then there were a few students that reported Ethan's behavior in a classroom. Those students stayed home the day of! The school administration knew all about Ethan's long list of behavior issues! He should have been kicked out! No reports for Ethan were recorded!
The school administration has to report these behaviors to the School's Board then the Board contacts the authorities for future reference! This was not accommodated! The school administration thought that Ethan was no threat so,
Instead he was able to return to his classroom with his "early Christmas present"!
There's no record of Ethan being bullyied or being a bully!
My deepest condolences. May special memories, guide you through this difficult time. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
Speedy recovery for all the survivors.♥️♥️🙏

He is the same lawyer that represented the family of the dude who was murdered over that Jenny Jones episode of a secret crushes. They tricked the one dude and didn’t tell him the crush was another man. Couple days later he went to his house and killed him. He lost the case, but prided himself on being able to make a media circus around it. That is what gets him paid. Not sure if that’s the guy they want to be using.
Sidenote: a kid now has a better chance of being involved in a school shooting than a person does of hitting power ball

@@Dewey2939 “guns don’t kill people, people kill people” so stupid to say.
These things only happens in the USA.
Nowhere else you hear of kids with mental issues planning to shoot or kill their peers or planning a terrorist attack.
This is an American thing because there are no laws about guns, in Europe these things don’t happen, only criminals hand guns outside their house.
And stop with this BS, his mother texted him “Just don’t get caught”, what does it mean?
They knew their son is a freak and they’ve allowed him around guns.
I mean, look at his face.
He should have been taken to a serious psychiatrist instead of handing him guns like it’s toys, now this has happened again.
It’s the American system, the young people learn violence because guns are everywhere, I’ve read American people saying that they can buy guns at Walmart, this is just insane, and the less intelligent people or dangerous people can have access to them as well.
It’s all wrong, they need a new system.
      They need straight laws
