Good fix on the bolt.
I working on 2005 volvo xc90 t6 alternator 2 times I replaced it someone told me it not grounded right that why battery light come on..only I unhook two wires from alternator where should the ground wires located
Did you try taking the alternador from under the car? In my XC90 2.5T was taken and placed back from under the car
Juan Jose Ramirez on the T6 the ac compressor is in the way and a few other things i forget now. I tried both and for me it was easier out the top.

Just got my 2003 xc90 and wholly shit do you have stuff to remove just for alternator replacement !!! front of car power steering Jesus !!!!!
