Would I be correct in assuming that Agnorak would need to be at 3 Health to be instantly killed by one of the death cards, to account for taking two points on his final hit? Or will a 4 Health Agnorak die anyway?
Another way to look at it is that Agranok cannot be whittled down from 2 points of health to 1 point of health. His health points are 8, 7, 6, 5 on one side and 4, 3, 2 on the other side. There is no 1 point of health. If you have a card that slays a normal monster, you can slay Agranok with it as long as he is at 4, 3, or 2 points of health.
Correct, that's exactly right. That's also how it works for any card that "Slays" a monster, like Nice Shot, or Hammer of Light from the Wizard's Tower.
Nice summary. Thanx !

Yes, either way will work. If Agranok has 4 or fewer points he will be slain instantly if you use Nice Shot, Barbarian, or Wizard Quake on him.

Ah, ok then. I was overthinking the intent. Excellent game, I can't wait to pick up Titan (and the new siege on coming up)!
Awesome! Hope you enjoy each to addition to the game!
Agnorak and Barbarian? Does it only do 4 points and you remove the barb from the game?
