I've never cheered for the down fall of NA and they actually played well this year at Worlds but I watch LCK games because they have better macro and mechanics as well.
I've watched NA games and I feel like I'm watching the NBA G League... I see a lot of the same mistakes as during my games and it sometimes hurts to watch because I get the feeling there's nothing to learn from watching NA games...
For this reason, I always route for the team I think is better because I want to watch the best face the best. The only team from the West I believed in year is G2 because they usually do well at international events.
I used to cheer for Immortals with Huni and Reignover during their dominant run... no worlds succes.
Then TSM with Bjergsen and Doublelift but we know how well that went every Worlds... C9 gave some hope for a good performance 2 years ago but now it's just same old same old.
Congrats to NRG for doing better then expected. Really thought G2 would take it easily and was routing for G2 to make it far but really I've been routing for LCK and especially T1 for the last 3 years.
