Hullo friends! I received a game key for this from Zenimax's Polish PR department, and soooo I played it, today! Requirement to publish content, so that's what I'm doing here. These are first 5 hours of the game, basically nothing spoiler-heavy, lots of walking around, side quests and secrets, not going in hard on the Main Story! EDIT: Oh, and my rating is 8,5/10 so far, very good Immersive Sim, but with some visual weirdness at times, and doesn't really feel like Indiana Jones, lacks the atmosphere a bit. Normal longplay of mine will be published tomorrow btw, at the standard time! Thanks for watching, and cheers!
Edit after about 12-13 hours of gameplay - After the second big open area ended, the game shifted towards not immersive sim, and much into action-adventure territory honestly, so the immersive sim element is not consistent through the whole game. It's all mostly linear stuff now, with stealth completely optional or not even an option. Just to note, its getting further and further away from immersive sim as I get closer to the end of the game.
I don't much care about Indiana either, last movie I've seen is the last shitty one, and then - years of going without. A sort of immersive sim gameplay tho? I'm in, absolutely.
@@ErmacgerdLongplays would have to hard press myself as I don't like the character at all for whatever reason. Same with the Marvel characters lile Spiderman, even though it has awesome games I just can't bring myself to play them sadly. That Chronicles of Riddick game on the other hand I've played and enjoyed even though I've never seen the movies just because the main character or Vin Diesil doesn't seem to annoy me that much, lol. Also even though Nathan Drake from Uncharted series is basically a carbon copy of Indiana Jones, I always liked his character, weird.
I'm at exactly where you are at the end of this video and i can say it's a very solid game overall with level design very akin to Dishonored. However without the superatural abilities it limited the im sim elements greatly imo and i agree it's a semi open world action game with im sim element, not really a full blown im sim game

Woah, “immersive sim”!?
@@PanRhei That's the closest I can classify it, and I'm a life-long fanboy of Immersive sims, I'd think I knew how to notice one. :)

I wish I cared one bit about Indiana Jones cause the game looks good.

I think you're the right person to ask, did this game remind you of Deus Ex too? :)
@@nitrosodium When it comes to gameplay? Yes, it's close. :)

@@BogdanZelinschi i actually did, 4 weeks ago. ;)
Lego indiana jones is better bro
Meeeeeh, like every Lego game, always the same formula. Got tired of it, like 10 years ago. :D
@@ErmacgerdLongplays TRUE FREAK LEGO
does this game really feel like an immersive sim to you?
Yes, very very close to it., I've got something like 9-10 hours now, and my mind hasn't changed on that, still near-immersive sim. :)
@ErmacgerdLongplays That's great, I love Deus Ex and System Shock
You would like it, for sure. It's 85% Stealth/15% Action, with big and open areas, side things and side quests to explore.
@@ErmacgerdLongplays I am definitely gonna play this then
@@geralt7050 Good luck and have fun then! Cheers. :)
