Eating fish fresh is the best. But you know how it is. Fish are seasonal. So far the best smoked fish have been Kokanee salmon. Also, these make great gifts for family and friends. I was able to share some with my family in Minnesota. Thanks for the comment. 👍🙏🎣JU Hammah⚒
