Yes it can be set on auto. I figured it out by chance. Press and hold the start button for 5 sec, release, press it once again and it will start fully auto until you press start once (again) to pause.
A timer 555 IC can be wired in a way, connected to the START switch inside, to automatically run the machine. Then add a button to toggle the timer circuitry on/off for obvious reasons. Figure out how many tubes it will hold with enough tobacco to satisfy them and use that number for how many cycles it will run when started until stopping by itself. Let me know if you're interested. The sky is the limit.

Make a 12 volt solenoid for a car trunk release and have it on a rely hooked to a timing circuit to press the button. But it should have an automatic option. Or sit next to the TV pressing it for hours

My screen won't let me. Reset day counter. Not feeder is working

Why must the button be pushed every time? I guess I'll continue to do my own.
It's a legal restriction
It can be set to fully auto, no idea why it's not written anywhere. Press start for 5 sec then release. Press start again and it's fully automated.
