Used to be great place to live parking before is by r.t.a But now that its free all bus truck and vans taxi not alkhail gate tenants park here every night. And worst drunkard comes here to drink in the parking lots. Massage cards are scattered everywhere black woman prostitutes are in front of kids playgrounds and flats are filled with partions and bedspace also bunk beds. Security guards dont care much of the people coming in and out of buildings, card access is useless cause all have duplicated it . People outside are handling brocures of alchol sellers.this place used to be so peaceful and centered for family. The quadrangle that is supposed to be a place to play jog and picnic is now a place for prostitutes . If you dont believe me come here during weekend around 8pm to midnight. This place is like a jungle. People shouting and playing loud music. The walls on coridors were repainted and after a few days its filled with shoe prints again cause guards dont care .card doors are broken and elevator lights are missing , If there is to change here they should change the guards. Change them with people who cares. Parking should have number designated to cars owned by flat owners so atleast even beyond 10pm after a busy day at work they wont get stress searching for parking space.then if someone parked in the tenants spot can be towed. Bus trucks and vans should be matic evicted from parking lot or lock the wheels. So they wont park again. Even taxis are park here at night by the way. Still security guards dont care. People who read this should stay away from this place atleast after they fix the problems. Like flats used for daily stays for prostitution,and bunkers, its easy to fix get someone to go flat by flat to check if the one registered in the contract tenants are the one leaving there. Hopely this issue can be fix soon. Cause if not this place built for a "affordable residential community for family and professionals" will be for professional hookers and affordable partions bunker borders of 20people a flat. "Give me peace back"
Worst community. Now they made free parking to attract peoples. But for the residents it’s hard to find parking. Am a resident since 2 years. Before the parking was managed by RTA. Now it’s free parking. Either they have to increase the parking lots. Or management must find solution for residents. Apartment owners are not getting parking at night after 10.
