    It's 100% the moment to me. Knowing the history, circumstance, and everything involved makes it just so much more impactful. One thing why I love the NBA is the storylines it develops.
    That Bird/Magic photo is my fav of the ones mentioned. Totally sums it up.

    I think he left out the most iconic photo which is the photo of Michael Jordan taking off from the free throw line. The photo is iconic, used on t-shirts and posters all over the world, oh and it just happens to be the "Air Jordan" Nike logo

    • @Cubs-Fan.10
      @Cubs-Fan.10 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      My only arguments would be that it was in a dunk contest, had been done before and after Jordan did it, and Nike isn't the NBA and the NBA isn't Nike. So to say it's not a top 5 most "Iconic NBA photos", I'll agree with the man who made this video.

    • @tubiviral9093
      @tubiviral9093 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Cubs-Fan.10 Not sure what you're on about, the video was "The Most Iconic Basketball Photo" and the dunk contest is part of the NBA. It's the most iconic Jordan photo of probably the most iconic NBA player ever, adorned on posters on kids and teens walls for over two decades. Because it inspired the jumpman logo gives it added gravitas.

    Pacers vs Knicks in '94 NBA Finals? That can't even happen... it was the '94 Eastern Conference Finals. And the Knicks won the series and didn't choke until the finals against the Rockets. Love that dude's videos though.

    All teams have photographers. Even the NBA. Most pictures that you see are newspaper/web photographers, like the Associated Press. You have to have press credentials to be on the floor. Team staff photogs usually get the day to day behind the scenes of a team. They are rarely on the floor unless they are taking pics of the bench, huddles and stuff. Their job is to document for team history.

    A Allen Iverson compilation would be great, he had a major impact on the game on and out of the arena. He was better at football than basketball but missed his chance being involved in a crime so no schools would take him, his mom got him in to a school as a basketballer though and the rest is history.

    To your point about Photographers being paid. I live in east Texas in the area where the Colombia space shuttle exploded in 2003. My childhood neighbor growing up was an amateur photographer and was taking photos of the shuttle while it was passing overhead and caught the famous explosion picture and sold it to the New York Times or one of those big publications for millions.
