- Hello everyone i am Jon Pebi Tato, i am a youtuber from Arunachal and i present you a video on Prc issue ,voice of indigenous.
I basically make videos on issues and other knowledgeable videos concerning to my state and other. JPT videos 4 u is an INFOTAINMENT channel.
I have worked on this video only for awareness and knowledge purpose. This is not to harm any individual residing in an around Arunachal Pradesh, this video has been made only after DCM Chowna Mein abruptly announced the issue of Permanent Residence Certificate to the Non Apsts of Lekang circle in Namsai Constituency. 1) This is part of Chinese Tibet, named ‘South Tibet’. China has never recognised India's control over the entire state of Arunachal Pradesh, including Tawang.These people have same race, same culture, same religion and same language as those people live in Tibet. Do they have any similar thing to Hindus? China will take it back and make people as rich as Chinese.
2)Chinese Tibetans have many privileges comparing to Han religions in PRC,even their criminals will get less punishment, which we do think it is unfair for other Chinese.
3)India just cannot invade some place and claim that it is your land. Can we invade Delhi and declare that it is part of China? It is much easier for us to destroy India’s Capital than India does! See your map and remember it!

Mark my words :
1. During the demarcation of Assam and Arunachal border, may be lekang people were sleeping or the demarcating officials were blind or otherwise deaf.
2. Were these lekang people sleeping for past so many years that they suddenly woke up and realized that they were deprived of their rights.
3. How can we prevent naxals from coming to Arunachal Pradesh thru ILP when the only check factor of looks is compromised.
4. Lekang people write lot like educated people do, then why do they fail to go thru or understand the meaning of a TRIBAL STATE.
5. If Arunachal was a state like NORTHERN SENTINELESE PART of Andaman and Nicobar island, would they still claim PRC? Please remember that our race hails from a kind who could never be tamed by any ruler.we waged wars and bloodsheds without any leader. That's why we have many separate tribes but zero king.
And some silly mistakes from our cheap leaders could trigger that instincts anytime, which we have been dormanting in the name of civilization.
6. Do not compare Assam and Arunachal, Arunachal is a tribal state where as Assam is not.
7. How can u be sure that you'll not ask APST after PRC? Are u going to live forever to tell our future generations that you'll never claim APST? you asked prc today, after 50 years your kids will feel deprived and ask for APST.
9. Tenzingaon is a refugee camp where Tibetans have been living for more than 30 40 years, they live happily and peacefully yet they do not claim for PRC.
10. We have seen the condition of Tripura already, one big example is enough as an eye opener, we're not interested to be a part of an another example.
Please do not try to brainwash us with soft words. we'll let you stay in our land but you can't own it. If you feel deprived, then approach the Govt. Of india for special package. There are provisions available.
And people of NAMSAI, please use your brain while choosing leaders, remember that money is temporary. Paisa khatam ho jaiga, do not vote for money

@@stifadanggen33 Assam isn't a Tribal state, Arunachal is. I'm not saying that they can't stay in Arunachal, it's just that they will not be given PRC OR ST. Don't make it look like we have been unfair with the lekang people. If they say that they have been staying in Arunachal for past so many years and that's why they need PRC, then this is ridiculous. Nepalis and Tibetans have been residing in Arunachal n other parts of the country even before 1947. They do not claim ST OR PRC from our state.
Look at the rally some Assam NGOs are doing for lekang people, does it not make it clear that Assam is where they belong?

In Arunachal... Tribal population Only 65.% rest 35% non tribals... Matter needs to be concern.. Whereas other northeast states like Mizoram and Nagaland have around 90 % tribal population

@Sang Taksang I know that the act was made by Britisher to protect wildlife from outsider and later it was renewed and changed by jawaharlal nehru but it's was only for 50 year's but due to corruption its extending.. But this protection will remain for 15 or more years and the most of the area will be called as reserve forests or wild sanctuary after that.. There will no ILP no check gate..
Arunachal Pradesh is for arunachalee people not for refugees who just came here from different countries...
The government should not provide prc to those refugees......

Past 5 years as I have seen has been the toughest years for Arunachal. So many heart breaks, such dirty politics and politicians. I hope and pray this will be an eye opening message for all the citizens, everything comes with a prize and this time future of all the Arunachali is on stake. What else can be more disturbing.

Firstly I wanna thankyou Tato brother for putting this video in a very clear manner. Your work is absolutely praised. In my opinion we should find solutions rather than killing and destroying properties which at the end of the day we’ll regret having destroying our own.
The govt should make the lekhang circle an autonomous region separate from Arunachal and make the boarders very clear so that it may help us to clear our future issues.

I totally agree with the people of Arunachal regarding this PRC issue. Just because a guest walks into your home and stays for some days, it doesnt give him/her the right to claim ownership over the house/land. It's sad to see the violence and the loss of lives because of this issue, I pray for Arunachal.

Am residing in Arunachal since 22yrs am also from Non APST community and I strongly agree with people of State there is no Right to Grant PRC to Non APST but side i think this cunflicts is rose only coz of Arunachal Politics what the hell this leaders are how they said that they will grant PRC to Non APST its all because of Political Motives.
as an Indian Citizen as an Indian Voter's as an Arunachal I suggest Government of India Should Select Some Alternative measures how can we also ignores all that Problems faced by People of Lekang Circle as they are Residing in the State since prior to NEFA they don't have land capital assets in Assam they Are facing numbers of problems for applying Education, Employment ,official documents, jobs etc "Government should see for Alternative measures to overcome but Should not Grant PRC.Its Land of Indigenous People Granting of PRC means State is Invaded by Others".
Dear Arunachali brothers and sisters, you all are saying that you have given the land for farming purpose or saying that we have live in arunachal either for business or some other work for a long period of time which is purely wrong information u r keeping in. The actual fact is that we been living in this area even before when Arunachal was divided from Assam. We are the owner of our own land and it is even being registered on the government land registration. We had our PRC and ST certificate too untill 1990 census. Only after 1990 it was taken back. I request you all to visit Lekang to know the ground reality.

Lekang People are original son of Soil. They are setteled at Lekang or Namsai before independent or before Arunachal. They are the indigenous people of the land.. But it very sad thing for whole Assamese society or Govt of Assam as a Assamice I totally support bandh call by the people of this region their demand are genuine but it very poor thing that Assam govt not support their right. Therefor it my moral request to all the Students organisation of Assam or India support your Human Right demand for your right to life.. The dcm's statement clearly reflects that the population of the non apst are more than the actual population of the tribal population residing at the mentioned districts.He is not afraid of the voting loss he is about to face from the tribal population there.He is confident that he will anyhow repair the loss by non apst votes. Go and visit the districts,the population is small and the area is very large for settlements,at this point the support of the western arunachal people is totally must and needed.No place for antiarunachalis in arunachal politics,these people will do anything to save the chair for themselves. That's a very good example of how you define that PRC doesn't belong to those whatever the people's they are staying in arunachal and claiming themselves as indigenous people of our lovely state.
It's so sad that because of them our beautiful state got burned out to ashes, almost destroyed into pieces and moreover we lost many of our brother's during the protest and many got injured.

China has never recognised India's control over the entire state of Arunachal Pradesh, including Tawang.These people have same race, same culture, same religion and same language as those people live in Tibet. Do they have any similar thing to Hindus? China will take it back and make people as rich as Chinese.
2)Chinese Tibetans have many privileges comparing to Han religions in PRC,even their criminals will get less punishment, which we do think it is unfair for other Chinese.
3)India just cannot invade some place and claim that it is your land. Can we invade Delhi and declare that it is part of China? It is much easier for us to destroy India’s Capital than India does! See your map and remember it!

Earlier kacharis,Deori were recognized as st and some of them still have st certificate of AP.But due to politics,their st-ship was cancelled.If Singpho,Khampti can be tribe of both states Assam and AP why not kachari,deori,Mishing?History says,there were settlements of kachari Villages in present day AP which was burned down by Ahom after the downfall of Kachari ,Chutia Kingdom.So Most of kacharis migrated to present day Tinsukia,Lakhimpur,Dhemaji and Dibrugarh District.Till today Kacharis live in boarder Areas of AP and Assam in the Assam side.And the prc seeking ones are the kacharis who didn't migrated.We have 1 Nyishi clan known as Daflari,4 miri clans hagumiri,likamiri etc and my clan is kumral which is basically a cocktail of Kachari and Singpho.My clan spoke Singpho for few generations.Writers from both the community has written about my clan(promud sonowal from kachari tribe and hemanta andeila(my spelling may be wrong) from Singpho tribe).The population of kacharis living in AP would be barely thousands cause we're a small tribe.The relation with you tribes broke when Brahmins brainwashed and converted us along with Nocte(Naga tribe) to Vaishnavite.After that only incident of intermarriage was seen with other Vaishnavites i,e; Ahoms,Chutias as per Arunachal Gazette.Think yourself, if those kacharis of AP weren't considered APST,then why would AP government document about them?We know,today you feel not closely connected with us as we've detribalised to some extent.But,still i think those brothers of ours really deserve it.And I have seen people talking about Tripuris.Brothers,Tripuri maybe fellow Northeastern for you,but for us they're our blood brothers as we've common origin with them and even have a folktale of separation.We're more concerned about them.

PRC is the Permanent certificate.... right now all the property is already occupied by APST but our prc holders are not bother to sell his/her land or shelter to the NON-APST..'s..now you think who's fault is this....it is going from long back...our tribe people are getting marry to non-tribes girls and living permanent here within men women also getting married with non tribals and living here for permanent with thier whole family thier niece,nephew, they all are making prc here and geting married and making prc..Our tribe people is so kind that we are provide them shelter to rest.Work to earn so them but what today we are notice is jis taal pe kana kata usi tal par tukne kaa saman hora hai....

The C.M of Arunachal Pradesh had decided to give p.r.c to the lekang people as a new year gift 🎁 . But the Arunachali people are not agreeing giving p.r.c to the lekang people. But some tribes of Arunachal Pradesh had got p.r.c and s.t both in Assam. The main reason is if Arunachali can get p.r.c and s.t in Assam then why the Assamese people are not getting p.r.c and s.t in Arunachal. So the lekang people needs p.r.c . They need justice.
What ever the decisioned taken by our AP govt is totally condemable and how could they can give our indogineous people right to outsider for their political benefits inspite of that there are to many problems in our state which need govt attention. ..but we young generation understand don't try make us pool.

giving lekang circle to assam is the best solution to the problem. cut out lekang circle from arunachal pradesh and gift it to assam. If prc is given then outsiders from assam( not talking about the people living in lekang) will exploit the law and the innocent people of Arunachal. Its better to segregate tribals of assam and arunachal and live peacefully than causing all this confusion and chaos.
